Course Curriculum Overview

The course and curriculum is nice as they are interelated to each other and encourage us to study more and makes us more curious to learn new things but we have some minor course which I don't think it is required for the course and we only have some credits for that course not even exam is being conducted

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very affordable according to a btech student as I have joined the college in 2024 so my fees was 1lakh+18000 transport fees but now they have increased the fee structure for this year students so the students joining the college in 2025 for them the fees is 1.2lakh+21000 transport fees which has been increased College also provide the scholarship for only for eligible participants not for all

Campus Life

The overall campus experience is very nicee as some or the other activities would be going on The campus is very happening and also we do have different clubs to participate like dance,music,fun trivia and etc where we can participate and enjoy the campus environment

Admission

I have applied to other colleges but didn't get the preferred branch in that colleges I have joined this college because it is very environment friendly and also here the environment is very good calm and soothing Also the college is very near to my house so it will be easy for me for the transportation

Faculty

Faculty are very good friendly and very supportive But the exam pattern is very bad like we have modular based exam which is if we have 6subject in a semester,we study 2subject for 2months and give the exam and another two subjects for another 2months Marking scheme is also very nice as it's not very strict or not like that we can score easily

Night Life

The nightlife is very happening like some function would be going on in the campus Also in the respective hostels the seniors will arrange the some hangouts for the junior to get more and more friendly with the college and the seniors and to know more about the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

KIIT:place where students chase their dreams.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards companies visit campus and recruit students for internship. This internship season goes upto entire 7th semester. Many companies like amazon Deloitte cognizant and many other startups visited the campus.highest package was 42lpa and average package for computer science was 9 lpa. Around 70 percent student got placed.i want to get a good job in a good company.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Student have also grabbed placement at amazon and ib like credit suisse and goldman sachs previously. Around 60% students are getting placed every year Last year a total of 650 offers are made. So its better to get a job via campus placement rather than trying off-campus

So overall you will have a nice exposure to tech and industrial space and can grab some decent placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are good but not great. Th overall performance of students getting placement from every branch course combined is more than seventy percent. But the percentage in branch to branch respective wise is different , as Computer science engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Electrical Engineering have higher placement rates than any other courses. From Seventh semester students became eligible for sitting in placements. You can say from the start of Fourth year students sit in placements. Many companies visit and offer placements to our students but the big companies are TCS( Tata consultancy services) , Infosys, Adani Limited , Reliance Limited , Tata Power and Co.. The highest package offered to our branch course ( Electrical Engineering ) Is 13 LPA by Tata Power. The percentage of students getting placed by Electrical Engineering is pretty good and is 77%. Overall percentage of students from all branches is 72%. My plans after getting the degree is simple. I am preparing for placements and also for gate exam . I want to give myself a chance . I will try to get a big placement from a big company as I want . If that doesn't go according to my plan I will try to qualify gate exam and will do Masters in Technology in a. Higher Institute.

Sri Sri University is Special!!

I applied at many colleges as NEET i gave so that I could get admission in AIIMS. However, I couldn't and therefore I chose one of the best private colleges in my state and Sri Sri University is that for sure.
