- The location of college was convenient , it was near metro
- most of the professors were knowledgeable
- Professors helped students for placements who interacted with them more often outside of the campus placements too
Dislikes
- The labs were not that good we didnt get any because of covid
- the infrastructure is a bit old and might not be very good looking
- As it comes in ghaziabad you don't get to enjoy any holidays by delhi govt, even holidays given for pollution crisis or other things
Course Curriculum Overview
They provided labs for every subject , like DBMS , AI , Computer networks , Computer organization and architecture , DSA but not any real-world apllications were taught, the exams are alright not that difficult easy to medium level difficulty
Fees and Financial Aid
they take yearly fees the fee was 115000,7500 registration fees , about 90000 was tuiton fees which we had to pay yearly , per year they also provide scholarships to toppers with full fee reimburstments most batchmates were from uttar pradesh and and many had scholarships and some paid 75,000 per year
Campus Life
Many programs are held here, many societies are ther eto take part in, all activities are from dance to acting to sports , good opportunity for sports if you are into them also have intercollege competitions , the fest is also held once a year fest is not that good only very small artists are present in them and dont give entry without any Id card projectors and smartboards are also present in classes , the computer labs are well equipped there
Admission
i also applied for graphic era, DIT,VIT , BITS but didnt join these because the fees was very high here Didn't wait long enough for the IP university results because was unsure that i would get computer science there or not so i got in here mainly because of the stream
Faculty
During my time there Faculties were very approachable , they replied to every message we sent them on whatsapp regarding any query, they were helpfull also gave special attention to students who wanted to learn more or students who wanted to study but are weaker,also assisted students in placement assistant sahring any relevant info available other than the training and placement to , Mandeep Katre was one teacher who helped many students, some faculties who were very new didnt have much knowledge and didnt entertain questions from students often fumbled when asked something or get confused each sem has 4 exams : sessional 1 , sessional 2 , pre- university test and end sem exams the internal exams are a littlr tough compared to final exams
Night Life
The college gym was only accessible to the students living in hostel and and was a very small gym with minimal equipments , the pool table and carrom were also for the hostel students and library was acessible to everyone easily issued books just need id card for entry in library also can stay there after the college hours , the college hours are from 9 am to 5pm each 1 hour lecture with a lunch break , the hostel studnets have a curfew at 9 pm, they need to be in campus by then
