Course Curriculum Overview
The teachers were good but they should not target each individual because suppose you disliked one teacher behaviour and you tell them about where they lack then they will target you and they will try to insult you infront of others
Placement Experience
So talking about placements then the placement trainings get started from your 5th sem onwards and you will be trained upon diff params and from 7th sem onwards campus drives gets started and around 30 companies visits each year and all the mncs comes for campus drives starting from pwc , Deloitte , accenture to tcs , infosys and ibm . So you will get ample opportunities if you have 60% score in your career
Fees and Financial Aid
Basically the course fees was 1.75 lakhs during 2022 but now it became 3 lakhs per year but if you belong to sc or at category then you can avail scholarships from your first yr onwards . You have to apply for scholarships from your first year onwards otherwise you will not be eligible
Campus Life
There is only 1 cultural fest named as celegance for the day scholars which will be if 3 days . It will be of completely fun and you can enjoy it completely and also there were opportunities for the athletes too to participate in any game.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility provided by the college was good but not too good like they charge very huge amount from the students but the quality of service is not worth the money . Instead you can owe a flat nearby which is quite cheaper than the hostel and the fun fact is that if you want to leave in hostel then you have to pay the complete hostel fee before starting of your academic year and also you have to pay your course fees too before the start of the academic year
Admission
Comparing to different colleges such as iter or kiit universities then here you get good opportunity to participate in different clubs and show off their skill infront of the officials . Talking about placements then student will get fair opportunity but the thing is that if your score is less than 60% in 10th or 12th then you were not eligible for the campus drive . So prepare accordingly
Faculty
The faculty to student rationwas average like every 25 student gets 1 mentor each year and some faculties were good and approachable whereas some faculties were arrogant and rude like if you go to them and ask for help them they will behave as if we were his/her slave . And talking about exams in each year there were 2 types of exams one is of 100 marks and another is of 20 marks.
Night Life
Though the campus is situated at the outskirts of the bhubaneswar therefore there were not many cafeteria near by but there were some but if you really want to enjoy then you have to rent a bike then you can enjoy your clg life but if you leave in hostel then it will be completely like jail . You have to ask for every silly thing and the fun fact is that there is restriction like after 6 pm you cannot go outside and for girls they cannot move out from their hostel.
