Review of Rajasthan Technical University

I just choosed the Btech CSE course which i think is very much relevant to the modern day market demands and also the other remaining topics like databases management , dsa , oops, java , web development , computer networking these all subjects are very much relevant to current job market i think so. the area of improvement in this curriculum is that it must includes the modern day evolving softwares and advanced machines so that the students can ace in their field in whichever field they want to go and also AI ML subject should be introduced with good professors and also the college have to motivate their students to go on a high level in various sports and funds should also be provided to them who are going for state and national level tournaments. and the maintainance part of the sports equippments should be on time and be equipped with good quality items .

There are many companies which comes here for interrnship opprtunities . Some of them are TCS, Infosys , Wipro, L&T , Miniorange, Capgemini,Berger paints, asian paints, Deloitte etc. These offers intenships generally offering stipend around 15,000 to 20,000 depemding upon how you performed in their test and interview rounds. some of the local companies hires internee from our college for some of their projects and offers stipend and accomodation facilities to students also. Some of the professors in our college which are invovled in some of the research activites also provides oppurtunities to students .

In our college the students are elgible to sit in campus placement from third year , there comes a lot of companies in our college which comes here for placement drive and some for providing internship .Some of the companies that comes in our college are L&T, Deloitte , Capegemini, Reliance , TCS , TCE, Wipro, Infosys, miniorange, Berger paints ,Amazon etc . The highest package from this college is of 44 LPA which was from CSE branch and given by Amazon and the average package ranges around 6.5 LPA for almost every branch . Every year almost 80 percent of students get placed around here and some of them leaves placement for further studies and also some took admission in many premier institutes for getting higher education.

Currently i am pursuing my bachelors of technology in computer science and engineering , where there is two type of seats named SFS which are generally more costlier than GAS seats which means government alloted seats the fees of my branch is around 80,000 and fees of rest branches is also same in case of SFS but in case of GAS it comes out to be less than SFS which is around 30,000 max to max anually . Scholarships are also provided to SC/ST background students and a scholarhip named NSP is also provided on the basis of family income. You can also opt for an education loan in the bank PNB which is situated inside the college that provides instant education loan to the students of this college.

In our college there are two fests which happens here every year these are Anukriti which happens in november and Thar which happens around March. These two are major fests and except these small events like DJ night and Garba night also happens here and almost every cultural festival is celebrated in our colleges . All the clubs remain active throughout the year , they conduct events for fun and to maintain a joyful environment around us. The classrooms are also equipped with projectors and computer labs are equipped with computers that have a good connectivity with internet . Many good softwares which are paid for us are provided here in these labs for free and also free data is provide to students in the library of campus .

There are five hostels around here in our college among which three of them has single rooms for students and the first year hostel has triple seated rooms and the remaing hostel has double seated rooms . the meal provided in the mess in the hostels are good havin g breakfast , lunch ,dinner . when you take admission in the college then at the time of admission in the admission form you were asked to fill out the section for hostel and then you have to pay hostel and mess fees . If you want to take a rented room outside then it's easily available at affordable cost and are very near to college not too much far from this college.

I choose this college above all other colleges that i was getting because it was a tier 1 college among all the colleges and also it's an totally government colllege so it's also better than getting any private colleges that too with not having tier 1 tag and also here i found the campus as big as a NIT , I got other colleges also but they in some things lacks with this college such as placements , teacher to student ratio, campus area etc

Faculty to student ratio is little bit good here it is around 1 : 30 and also all the faculties here have done their graduation from many premier institutes so faculties are quiet good . The best faculties here are of mathematics some of the teacher of mathematics here are of international level in maths with many famous books written by them in many diverse fields. There are three exams conducted in this college which includes two midterm and one annual exam. around 20% students every year fails to clear the exam althoug the exam level is not too much hard but it is not too easy . it's just above medium . The Course curriculum is so much related to the exams and real world problems.

The campus have a cafeteria situated inside it and three canteens also and if you move 100 m away from it you will find the sports complex there which have gym there . All these have their closing timing around 9:00 pm . The boys hostel from second year onwards have the timing of 10 pm of closing and the first year boys hostel have timing of 8 pm . and the girls hostel have the same timing as first year boys hostel. There are many hanging out places around this campus which are Chambal River front , Oxygen Park , Chambal garden , seven wonders park and many more.
