In BE Marine engineering There are 8 semester and in that first four semesters will concentrate on core mechanical subjects next four semesters will mainly focused on marine subjects where in 7th or 8th semester we must do one project and there are marine work shops sections also our examination pattern is on 10 questions where 8 attendable exams are conducted on every may and November each year.

There is no internship at all the placement structure is like rank wise depending upon the semester marks and if any one is having a single back log they will go back to non preference list even their marks are higher un fortunately i m not got placed because I'm having back logs.

Main events are we are having one passing out parade where we are doing it in clear navy style like parades march pasts and the senior passing batch will hand over the academic captain post to next senior batch captain and caps are thrown off.

I studied with the help of bank loan and the fees structure is like 1.5 lakh per semester and it includes food accomodation uniform and other academic thinks like books records. And if we have any back logs we have to pay extra for that.

There is one scholarship entrance where in the time of entrance exam where top 20 ranks in entrance exam directly placed in maersk singapore company. Where the eligibility criteria is we must have score more than 60 percent individually in each physics chemistry and maths. I not met the criteria. So I can't availed the scholarship

We are having a swimming pool then we are having a gym where it is utilised on non academic hours then we are having one basketball court one football ground. In the case of football ground it is not satisfactory and each year we will conduct house matches in all sections and in the case of labs we are provided with a newly and updated equipments with good faculties.

We are having a compulsory hostel system where 4 people can accomodate in a single room and provide d by one locker per person and wi fi facility also provided and the water availability is also good and satisfactory.

Senior students are helpful to guide us to what to do next after the course and the procedures after the course and the life in ships what to do in future. We usually don't have an alumini. But we are having some small re union sessions.

I studied plus two science and got a an average of 60 percent in physics chemistry and maths and with that marks i applied online and I got an call for entrance exam which concentrate mainly on aptitude and then I undergone an interview after that i got selected directly.

Good friendly faculties which they have a huge knowledge and experience in marine subjects and in core mechanical sections also have a good experienced faculties and there are chief engineers and other experienced persons in ship.
