Likes
- IILM Greater Noida don't believe in discrimination and therefore we have proper cells to register complains if we face the same.
- Expert or rather best expert faculties are there at our campus to teach us biotechnology as it is quite technical.
- Our university infrastructure is super amazing as it has modern buildings but at the same time enough greenery as well to compensate.
Dislikes
- Girls hostel in time as we are in campus and have to be at the hostels by 7.30 pm.
- Placements still needs a lot of improvement especially for our branch.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well the first and foremost it was my love for biology and engineering both. Both are possible only for this course and that is why I took this as I don't want to be a coding or a mechanical engineer and not do i want to be a doctor and thus this was the course best for me and IILM I felt is the best university for that.
Placement Experience
Government organizations like Cisr and Syneos Health are major conglomerate where we are placed. Still with lesser students we are not places that high and it's a shame because such a great university but still placements are in a way less as other branches have. 4-5 lakhs is what offered to Biotechnology students of IILM.
Fees and Financial Aid
B.Tech in Biotechnology is what I am pursuing from IILM, Greater Noida and the fees for the same is 2.2 lakhs or so. For single AC room it costs me 1.6 lakhs and so 4 lakhs a year is total that I pay to the university authorities. My total cost of finishing my education from here will cost me around 17 lakhs.
Campus Life
A famous which has so many buildings but engineering for sure is the best of them all. All 6 floors of the building will see chirping from morning till evening. There's a central library but our departmental library is in the engineering building and it is sufficient. Also, playing area is immense and indoor sports too are no wonder the best because to keep time off, university has maintained and developed enough unwinding points.
Hostel Facilities
Our hostel has two kind of rooms as one is 3 seater and the other one is single seater. Girls hostel is huge and almost 1000+ girls of the university stays here. 4 time food, laundary service and also there's a mini clinic in the hostel and we are free to see the doctor as and when required.
Admission
There are so many universities in Greater Noida and I feel IILM is the superior of them all. This was the main reason why I took admission here. JEE entrance and AKTU score everything was considered here as I got admission on the basis of my JEE score.
Faculty
At our university a task force or i don't know what organisation do we have but faculties are taken after rounds and rounds of interviews. It is unlikely that the aura that they have farmed in their lives can ever be matched. Research field they have excelled and in teaching they have gone beyond the skies. So how much ever kudos do I present to them it will still be less.
Night Life
Our university do have various spaces around but because curfew time of our college is 7 pm, we can't even go beyond our university vicinity. Nights in campus though are cool and breezy as here we have all the facilities and no time limit as well.
