The thing that drew me to this course was its potential to equip us with skills for solving real world problems and innovating tech solutions. To be fair the circulum does include topics that are relevant and applicable in field. If I could suggest major improvement it would be to shift towards project based learning . Giving students chance and time to build and experiment. Also integrating practical grading components like code reviews , demos or peer evaluation.

Students are eligible for campus placement in 7th sem. There are several companies which are listed on the college official website prominent ones are Capgemini, TCS, Wipro , IBM , Honeywell and more . As of 2025 highest package reported by college is of 16.8 lpa and avarage package lies around 4-5 lpa . Almost 75-78 percent student are placed every year and fairly good percentage for soft branches .

Campus Life is vibrant, there are various events going throughout the year . The annual event Fahrenheit generally held in February and technical and cultural events are also held each year. There is huge collections of books and easily accessible through membership where you can renew books at no extra costs . Classrooms are equipped with Digital boards From second year there are no dedicated sports lectures in the time table. Although there are various sports facilities that can be accesed after college hours. Various clubs and groups which help students to enhance their technical skills and other skills .

It was alloted me during CAP round process so I didn't really had a choice. I had opportunity to make it to different college with less prefered branches although I choose computer engineering because of its existing demand in the market . The eligibility criteria for college is through exams like JEE mains , CET with above or around 97.8 percentile in CET and above 95 percentile in jee mains for top branches.

The faculty here is quite approachable and supportive. One thing I really appreciate it that many proffs are willing to mentor students even outside regular class hours. That said some teachers rely on ppt based teaching so it might feel little monotonous at times . Exams are generally easy to moderate and most of students clear the courses without much trouble.

College closed around 7-8 pm almost all the labs and classroom. There are some accessible places within the college that stay on during night . Hostels are available for students by the college. Safety aspects is fairly good the campus premise is safe and police patrols are always on the round also the campus is near ravet police station so it's fairly safe location.
