Good experience in my college life in KIST

As it is under biju pattanak university of technology, rourkela affiliated soo the course curriculum is from bput syllabus and this is the syllabus where is cover total the real word application. And course caruculm is very real to university.because of pratical and other course is based on real worlds this is good to choose.i will suggest the theory class and pratical class should be more improved.as this is a good and reputation college in Bhubaneswar soo the smarts board and 3d or 2d animation should be used in engineering department course.good time for study and research soo i will say this is moderate difficulty level

Year wise fee means when I got admission, i pay 5000 rupees for admission, I don't know is that real or not because one of my brother said that admission fee is 5000 but officially not .i pay only my semister registration fee which is 1500 and others are totally free. Tution fee-54K which is cover by my scholarship I was an integrated MBA student soo my fees is low then them and there fees is 72 000 but mine is 55k-60k But obc and general student are not eligible for this because govt only give this for sc/st student sooo this is soo good for backword caste and students they can persuing a good career because govt help a lot soo I got scholarship amount of 54 thousands per years post matric scholarship.and only sc/ st student can get this scholarship .it's was a engineering cum management college soo engeneering fees are slightly more then management

College is very good for festival and occasion. Like saraswati puja , ganesh puja , viswakarma puja and other national like independence day celebration and republic day celebration is good . Other are like teacher day mostly celebrate good ????. Fresher and welcome are also held in college after admission new students/ course complete last year's. A very good library in the college more then 50k books are available in college as math, and other book for engineering and MBA students study material are available in the library. I will recommend smart study in college but computer science students have facilities in smarts study not other one. Sports and other extra caruculm activities in college is good and like annual function hold generally 3days and sports like HPL cricket, and other sports are good.kist college have official social media but some students create a instagram/ facebook handle for this collage and this is good to college students.

Hostel quality is medium range, In a room 3-4 student are placed for living each have separate coberd and rank for personal stuff.each student have a bed system. 2 fan per room. Windows and ventilation systems with a attached balcony. Meal quality is poor but eatable.as budget this is good but quality should be improve.nonveg veg paneer mashroom every thing provided by canteen. Additionally breakfast also available in college. Mess fee is cover by scholarship but for general it 20_25k for hostel, I am not sure in it but as i know. You can live in jatani market room if you looking for a pg/hostel in near college with in 2 km . Very good quality room with 4-6k budget if 2-3 student shared room then easily managible

Actually I applied RIMS college for BBA and also I get selected for admission and I was in my journey of +3 science in zoology department, I got admission in modern degree college, Sonepur but one of my brother recommended me to this collage because of its course and govt scholarship aids soo i choosed over that i don't get rejected by any colleges but definately i had a dream of being enrolled in a professional degree that why I joined in kist Admission process I enter as a integrated student soo I don't have to clear ojee or gate soo i just go through document verification process and i got admission For MBA : ojee/cat/mat or simply you can directly contact to adminstrative department. For btech; ojee is important to enroll . Mark eligible for btech 50%minimum My over all admission experience was good because of support and encouragement by my brother and teachers as well

Faculty are good in college but sometimes we see faculty shortage in my department but other departments like engeneering have good faculty but in management thre is not good . teacher are soo friendly and helpful.personally I liked most my department faculty like Management HOD mrs.aundhanti sen ma'am who is very knowledgeable and supportive as i experienced in my campus like soo appart from that our finance sir and O.B ma'am are really really good . Best faculty i will say our HOD ma'am. Really appreciate her love and responsibilities towards students. Some faculty are not really good & peon and lower workers staff should be mannered. But over all good. Every 6 month a semester exam . And exam are good not tough. Around 95% student pass , and less then 5% are fails .

As this is a good and friendly nature college soo nightlife college is good as its own gym facilities and many of students are go gym and enjoy a physical exercise in colly.cafetaria is also quite good , morning 9 - night 9pm avilable. Collage have it's own fastfood corner and other icecream and fruits stall in campus which is close around 9pm. Hostel life is good , hostel close at 10-10:30pm and open at 5am morning. Which is good for students safety. Lunch time -1-3 pm Dinner:8-10 Famous hangout places inside college is library and cafeteria and basketball ground. Outside - many hotel and resort near college. Hari bhaina market in near college for outing purpuse good. Locality is safe but not in late night because of some restriction of theif and others issue. But till 10 pm is safe in market outside the campus college
