Every semester I pay an amount of ?23168 and if we consider it as yearly then I pay ?23168 the amount of payment is same for ST and SC category. While on the other hand the general and OBC pays an amount of ?23843 per semester

Yes I had a written test known as TUEE ( Tezpur University Entrance Examination. The write test pattern was based on Multiple choice type questions (MCQ) and their were no interview rounds as for my course.
