Internships Opportunities

4

Some companies offered internships with a stipend of 2 lakhs and 1.5 lakhs, mostly in the range of 2 lakhs. Till now, by this year, professors have said that the maximum stipend may go up to about 5 lakhs. The companies may start coming in October. The 2-lakh internship was from Cisco, the 1.25-lakh internship was from Microsoft, and Amazon is going to offer a 2-lakh internship exclusively for women. There is also a 5-lakh internship expected this year.

Placement Experience

4

The placements are very good, with the average package ranging from 19 to 23 lakhs. Around 72–85% of students secure seats through the placement cell. If you have a CGPA of 6.5 or above, you are eligible to sit in the placement cell; otherwise, you are not eligible. The TNP cell means Training and Placement Cell.

Campus Life

3

Of the perspective was very good the college was very good but the main reason of the college was under constructing up to some level but it was very good that faculty and non faculty stop behaves good with students and they will be politely with students student can survive easily but according to food it will be some what difficult to manage but a specially the South people faces difficulty in managing managing food but after 10 year it will be able to manage the food right now I am in 2nd year I am eating daily outside food from South restaurant think how bad is food

Hostel Facilities

4

Yeah the hostel was very well very good it was constructed newly the AC was very good if you are it is best to take AC better than than I see in summer it will be more hot in winter it will be to call but in AC room you can survive in any season s the hostel property was so need and you can see a new need room and need to washrooms everything will be maintained with a decency here

Admission

I have taken admission in my college through JoSAA. There is no rejection in JoSAA; if a college is not allotted, it simply means the seat was not allocated in JoSAA counselling, but it can still be allotted in CSAB counselling. According to academics, this college is very good, but the infrastructure is still under construction. By next year, it will be almost complete, and in the next phase the college will be fully developed.

Faculty

4

Collage good, and well managed surroundings good exams yes, college provides necessary documents to study and we have two exams mids and end sem we get 2 months of time to prepare and write exams and collage has good grading system.

Night Life

4

There is no nightlife like in any Delhi college, but the cafeteria is allowed to remain open up to 9:55 p.m. After 9:55, you are not allowed outside. The last entry timing of the college is 7:30 p.m.; after 7:30, you are not allowed, and a fine will be imposed if you come late. In case you are coming from home for some special reason, you may be allowed into the hostel, but otherwise, strict rules are followed. The weather is very hot here, but we are managing and surviving. The place is very safe, so there is no need to worry about anything. Overall, the place is good, except for the food.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course Curriculum for ECE in my clg is quite up to date and comprehensive, covering both core subjects and emerging areas of technology, which was a major factor in my decision to choose this branch. Course has a balanced theory with practical exposure, supported by great faculties guidance and well-maintained lab conditions. Also you get to choose the type of minor or specilaization you want to pursue after 1st year. Exams are conducted regularly after each semester, and levels are same as any engineering college would have.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university doesn't beat around the bush while deciding the courses. They have picked only the subjects and the curriculum that are suitable for our field and focus on making us future-ready. Some subjects might seem a little fast-paced, but if you are consistent enough, you won't face any problems. It is safe to say that the exams and things taught in most the subjects are same to that of its so there is no lacking behind in that aspect.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college used to be good, with almost 100% placement rates. But that hasn't been the case lately. There has been a significant drop in placement rates from the past couple of years, mainly because of the lack of job oppertunities and declining job markets. But, the placements are still better as compared to private colleges, NITs and newer IITs. The placements here are conducted in 2 phases. Phase 1 placements start in August- September, with the interviews starting from 1 December. The phase-2 placements start from January and then go on for entire semester. The student becomes eligible for sitting in placements in their 7th semester. While phase 2 placements are still not over for this year, I can share the placements stats of previous year. Around 70% students sitting for placements got placed. Rest students either prepare for civil services, or for higher studies like M.Tech, MBA,PhD, etc., but their percentage is very less. Most students come here only for internships and placements. The average package package for previous year was around ?15-16 LPA, and median package was around ?14 PLA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is relevant and comprehensive, with practical modules and industry-focused content that influenced my choice. It effectively bridges academic knowledge with real-world applications. However, adding more case studies and interdisciplinary approaches could enhance learning. Exams are well-timed but could better assess critical thinking. Teaching methods would benefit from integrating more interactive and hands-on sessions.
