Course Curriculum Overview

BBA courses was very good, student those who want to do MBA they will get compleate knowlwdge regarding the course that they select during the time of MBA. there was 6 subjects in every semester. Overe all I liked those subjects and did well.

Fees and Financial Aid

I studied in Netaji Subhash Engeneering College, 2008-2011 batch, done graduation in BBA (H). It is a very prestigious college comes Under Techno India Group. Is is the first College of Techno India. The faculty was also brillient espatially Mr Dhritiman Mondol , and Mr.Indranath Bakchi.

Campus Life

The cumpus of our college was grate, we had a club name Phynix club who use to take care of all the Social work and all. The common room was also grate, many indoor games bassically happend at that time.

Admission

Netaji Subhash Engeneering College is very reputed college at that time even today also. the tition fees was low. The University was WBUT which a government University. I rejected the other college because this college has good faculty member, and the tution fees was also less.

Faculty

I came accros many faculty but the 2 faculty whoom I remember i.e Dhritiman Mondol & Mr. Indranath Bakchi. they were very much approchable person always there with the students regarding problem solving till suggssion made during the time of exam.

Night Life

there was no nightlife in our college campus, our college started form 9:30 am TO 4:00PM. Our gate gets closed after 5:00pm. Only during the freshers party and Farewell party that time we had this party at 9:00 pm maximum.

Placement Experience:

Generally from semester 6 the students are eligible for placements but what I heard is that if you just do bba and sit idle thinking that you'll get placement from college. You are fool then. You have to look for it ,you cannot sit completely thinking that college will help. You have to do it yourself also Around 30/35% students get placement. My plans after completing bba is that I'll start my startup. No plan B

An overall experience of college

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is average. Many well known companies do come for campusing like Infosys, Wipro, TCS etc. They offer an average package of 200000 LPA. The highest package is around 600000 LPA. Percentage of students getting placement is 45% My plan after getting the degree is pursuing MBA..

Techno India University is best college

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements . Mostly visited companies are Wipro , Infosys, TCS, Pwc, Bandhan Bank, etc and the average package offer to students is 5-6 Lakhs. 40-50% students with high cgpa got direct College placements and 20-30% students got intership. My plan is go for higher studies in MBA after this BBA course.

After 5th year students can available for Campus placement. The placement cell work really well and even making visits of many big names and MNCs to the campus is not a so simple as India facing lack of employment even though they get placed. Many companies like Pantaloons, Nike, Wipro, tata consultancy services, bigbazar, v mart, infyosis and many other brand too visited. The campus placements start around the 4th semester. The overall placement of this college is a good many company come for placements such as PWC, TCS, WIPRO, my captain, top hire, roshi wellness. the placement cell was very supportive towards each student and helps the student regarding the placements. nearly 65% of the students get placed with an average salary of 2.5 lakhs p.a and the highest goes up to 9 lakhs p.a. my plans after getting the degree is to do MBA.

NSEC: Where learning meets oppurtunity

i applied to colleges like techno main saltlake, heritage, meghnad saha institute , STCET. But I preffered this college as the fees is less compared to others. Also the college is nearer to my home, which would reduce the travel time. I could'nt make to college like Jadavpur University due to low rank. For admission WBJEE rank is required with 10+2 qualification. Students need to register through wbjee counselling, fill their preferences and then colleges are alloted according to their rank. Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. Placement is okay

I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
