Likes
- Our college building is an artistic marvel as it has all the things which can be called sell on rise.
- Our canteen has more items than a Mcdonalds menu.
- Our moot hall is capable of occupying over 100 students at a time.
Dislikes
- We don't have a parking space at the campus and therefore even in rains, we have to park our vehicles outside the college without any shade.
Course Curriculum Overview
Well what influenced me can have tricky but what's good is that I took this by a proper understanding. I now love my subjects and feel like diving as deep as I can. From Criminal law to corporate law, every subject of ours make me feel like how can we contribute and that is exactly how we are taught as well.
Internships Opportunities
Some educational institutes professors offered me internships last semester to help them for some research. I have already done Internships at courts and other law firms so I tried that and must say it was worth it.
Placement Experience
Many litigation firms and corporate firms and even institutes which needs associate or young professors come to our college for placements. PPO is what most students get through intenrship and otherwise the next best option is find it ourself as college placements apart for a few are not so great.
Fees and Financial Aid
Ideal Institute of Management & Technology (School of Law) is located near Kakardooma Court and is best known for the pocket friendly fees that it commands to study here. Yearly fees of 1,08,000 and then an examination fees which goes to the university is 1000 per exam.
Campus Life
There are no sports area and just one room of sports is what we have. Two floors are for law students and out library to moot halls are on 4th floor where our classes also takes place. Our fests is Gyan Manthan which is not a DJ fest but an event full of activities like the MUNs, elocution and debate competitions.
Admission
Well, i applied for NLU Delhi through AILET and couldn't get anywhere close as well. I just applied there and after that the other entrance I gave was GSSIPU and i cleared that with distinction and took admission here by registering myself through college website. A day later came to the college and verified my documents and paid my fees and confirmed my admission.
Faculty
Our college has around 30 faculties in all for UG Law programs and all of them are LLM passed out from NLUs or similar colleges. LLM also in the field of specialists and therefore they teach us particularly the same subjects. I definitely like most of them but still Professor Nayeem Sheikh is my favourite.
Night Life
Our college has timings like the gates opens at 8 am and are closed by 6pm. Students are not allowed after that and even the Kalardooma Court which is close to our college also gets closed by 5 pm. So for outings it's One Plus Mall or the River Cross Mall for us.
