- I like the education system here ( design faculty in particular)

- Common washrooms are really dirty and they don’t clean regularly
- Mess foods are not that good and unhealthy
- I feel like sometimes they don’t care about the students at all ( financially) cuz I already paid half of the hostel fees but they’re asking us to pay the rest even before living there and they raised the fees by 1k each week
Course Curriculum Overview
I really do like my course because I've always liked making arts and basically anything related to arts . My first option was fine arts but it doesn't have wide range of job opportunities so I ended up choosing visual communication. It brings out my creativity . They makes us do a tons of assignments but I wouldn't really complain cuz I like it . They teach us about digital arts (3d , 2d ) , marketing techniques, trends, etc . I like the teaching style as well . All the teachers are really helpful and approachable. Also I like the exam frequency
Placement Experience
The placement of my college is good sometimes getting 100% . Well known companies such as nykka, Zara, Levi''s have made offers. As for the highest package, it went about 40 lpa and the average is 7 lpa . My plans after the degree is to search for jobs asap
Fees and Financial Aid
My year-wise fees is 260000 , registration fees is 2000 , admission fees is 10000 . The fees of my batchmates ranges from 50000 to 400000 . I also got a 40% off of my tuition fees in the first year because I got over 80 % in the 12th board exam
Campus Life
There are a number of festivals that are held here . It happens mostly around September- February. I really enjoyed everything. As for books and journals, I don't go to libraries often. Technologiy provisions within the classrooms is moderate . There are a lot of extracurricular activities offered in the campus but I don't participate much . And I don't know much about social groups
Hostel Facilities
The washroom is really dirty since it's common washrooms and they don't clean it regularly. As for the mess , the foods are so-so in terms of taste but they feel really unhealthy. There was even food poisoning . No place to do laundry or dry off my clothes. The only thing I like about my hostel is my room . It's really spacious. The beds are comfy . I like the lighting system too.
Admission
I didn't really apply for other colleges. I wanted to apply for nift but I went to a counseling centre and there , they told me to apply for parul . I didn't have much info about other colleges so I just went with Parul
Faculty
The faculty members are likable and approachable. Tbh I don't have any faculty that I like in particular bcuz I don't know much about them except the design faculty. As for my course ( visual coordination) , there's only 1 exam per semester ( for 1st year ) . It's not that difficult cuz mostly the marks come from our assignments and theory doesn't take up much of the markings . Plus most of the students seems to pass the exams . Overall I like the exam systems and marking systems
Interview Experience
I didn't prepare for any exams but I had an individual interview through zoom call . But mostly I got in through a counseling session . I went through a test there and the counsellor gave me some ideas about parul and that's how I got in
Night Life
So far I like the nightlife inside my campus . Nothing's ever happened to me . I can roam around freely . There's a gym , lots of cafeterias and they close off around 9 at night. We're supposed to get to the hostel by 9:30 and have to mark our attendance + biometrics. Soms famous hangouts places are capitol , PID , greenzy and the main food court
