Gitam College Overall Review

Curriculum I will say there will be workshops and hackthons where you will be getting practical knowledge where will be working on realestic projects. The Curriculam prepare for real world is not as good as compared to other tier 2 colleges. There are a few use less Subjects and the curriculam is not sufficient for our success. Areas of Improvement are that there are only a few practicality and also compared to other colleges, the course is not that tuff. The exams are very easy, they are not that difficult, you can get marks easily , and duration of sem and mid is 2 hours and for the quiz will be depends up on faculties.

Right from 7th semester,the students are eligible for placements and there will be very less companies to get double digit packages, only 1 or 2 companies will be come for this college . Most of the compaies will come like 3 to 6 lpa.

As i went through KCET in 2021 the fee per year is 120000. and also there is a benefit of alumini scholarship which is 10000 . If any relatives are studying in this college then you can apply for this scholarship. Actually the fee is divided in to 2 parts : 1)90000 is the actual course fee per year . 2)30000 is the tuition fee. If you want to pay semwise ,then per sem 61950.

Overall exprience is not that great but class rooms are very good thore are ac class rooms. In library most of the books are avilable but few books which are related to business is not avilable in technology department. Play ground is very small.

I got admission based on KCET rank, even i have applied for colleges like RV, Ms ramayaa, jss mysur, RVITM. I dint got any seat in this colleges for CSE finally i got Admission in gitam blr. I got very less rank so i got rejected in those colleges. Kcet, comedk are eligible exams for our college.

The faculty to student ratio is very Good,most of the Students will clear our doughts in classroom. if we have any doughts,then we always welcome to their stafrooms. Faculties like Archana,Rajesh SM and Shana DS are fantastic faculty members who have high knowledge. Faculties like Rajesg R, Rjaram P, Venkatasubramanyam they are lazy and even they provide markes based on their interactions with them. Ther are 3 exams MID, Quiz and Semester End exams . Here MID is some what diffcult. and 95% of students will get pass and course curriculam is good there are very less use less subjects.

First of all, the ground is very small and gym is free of cost. Hostel rooms will be given based on the fee, and hostel fee is very high it is around 140000. But ther is very large cricket ground. ther are no famous hangout places inside the college.
