Course Curriculum Overview

Basically I was weak in science and also I don't like physics, chemistry that is the reason behind for taking this course . After completing we can easily apply this knowledge which we got from this course applicable in the real world.

Class Size: 355Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees of my course which I paid and also paid paid by friends was 7000 and I think it different for every cast in the college because it is a government college and this rules are made by the Jharkhand Government. The students who belongs from different castes like SC , St etc have to pay lower fees .

Campus Life

Basically I have do regular basis classes that is the reason I don't have knowledge about the fest and programs organised in the college but I get some information about the this because we have a group which created by the college and in which all students are connected and get information related to college given by Teachers.

Admission

I also chose different colleges except this college because I want different option in my hand so that it not create any problem for me and also I had an interest to learn economics that why I chose BA ( Economics) in St Columba's College, hazaribagh

Faculty

I don't know exactly what is the students and teachers ratios all over the other department in the college but I know about my course and it is 5: 75 . My favourite is ours HOD ( Head of department) who is very supportive and cooperative.

Night Life

It is very small government college and campus size is small and it is funded by the Jharkhand Government, and it is not possible to college to build any hangout places and gardens in the college. Hostel is also not their.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Honest and real review of the college.

Placement Experience:

From 6 semesters students become eligible for campus placements. A salary 4000 to 8000 rupees per month is the package. Percent of students for getting placements is 60%. My plan after getting the degree is good job in a reputed company.

Final year students are available for placement. Companies that are there is Hitachi, Tata motors Wipro Airtel they offer 2 lakhs approx. 20% of students are placed . My plan is to go for mba degree from different colleges

Students are eligible after 5th semester for placement. There are no good companies for the placements but satisfied with the placements. Highest package-4 Lowest package-2 80% of the students get placed. My plans are get master's degree of some reputated college which provides good placements.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I belong to the science stream but due to my keen interest in finance and accounting I choose the commerce field the graduation which opens up many scopes in my career as I wanted to do financial accounting services. The students to the teacher ratio are quite good. There are almost 4 teachers in the commerce department who are highly qualified. Faculty - they are very well qualified and experienced but they don't take regular classes which is the negative part of this college also. Semester exams are held after every 6 months of duration. The semester exam is not that though but you have to study each and every portion of the syllabus as questions is set by the faculties outside of college.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are down year-wise. If you want you can apply in Banking and Finance in Banking sector. A company like MELCON and other companies come for campus placement. They provide training for selected candidates.

Affordable College of Commerce

• I didn't apply for other colleges and I choose because of the low fees and also because it accept lower attendance and I am doing CA alongwith so I provided me more time to prepare. • Admission process of our college: (i) After 12th we have to register in chancellor portal by filling all the required documents and details. (ii) After that a merit list released by the vbu university for every particular colleges. (iii) If your name comes in the merit list than you are eligible to take admission in the college and you have to go to the college for offline submission of the required documents and after the documents verification done . (iv) After documents verification, again if have to go chancellor portal website and have to choose the major subject we want and have to pay 1760 fees . After the payment we just to submit payment slip in the college and after your admission will be completed....Read More

You can take admission online from the college's site. There is no entrance exam for B.com. Cut off was 60+. One should pass 12th from any recognized college to take admission in this college. St/SC gets a seat reservation....Read More
