Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum was well structured and covered essential commerce topics , making it a good choice .it provided a solid foundation for real world applications and further studies but need more practical exposure

Fees and Financial Aid

Bcom fee structure 1st year - 80,000 2nd year - 66,500 3rd year - 70,0000 ( total - 2,16,500 ) includes tution fee , admission ,registration , lab , and misc charges etc Category wise fee sc/st - 20-30% concession ; management -90,000 to 1,00,000 per year Schlorships merit cum need - 10,000 to 20,000/year Hovt.sc/st - full tution , university merit - 15,000 / year , private/ NGO -varies Note: fee rise 3-5% yearly. Scholarship depend on merit and need

Campus Life

Campus life was lively with annual fests held in February and technical events in September .the library had a good range of books and journals . Classroom were well equipped but need tech some tech upgrades

Admission

I choosed this college for good faculty decent infrastructure and affordability . I applied for other college but didn't get indue to high cutoffs the admission processed was based on merit considering 12th grade marks.

Faculty was approachable , some excellent , some less engaging . Exams were moderate failure rates low curriculum was relevant but needs update and it can be more better you have to work on it as much as you much

Night Life

night life around campus is decent. The gym and library and cafeterias closed by 8pm. While public areas by 9pm .hostel curfew was 10pm. Popular hangout spots including campus cafe and nearby eateries

Placement Experience:

There are total six semesters in BCom and students usually get placement after completing five semesters and there is also a lot of placement opportunity, they also had placement fair, which had over 30 companies come and give placement opportunities to students and the companies included Amplispot technologies, ICICI Bank, axis Bank, AGS, Federal Bank, so overall very good companies

1) The one thing which influenced me for choosing this course is accounts, I love the subject accounts and I heard that their is a good faculty for accounting here 2) The curriculum prepares us for both course related subjects and communication related subjects, their are great opportunities for Presentation developing skills, business communication skills , developing skills and many more 3) Some teachers teach just like they want to complete the portion which is fine which their in every college 4) Exams are done on time and the duration is good we get enough time for studying

Placement Experience:

In this college, 4 to 5 semister students become a placement campus. Finance-related companies visited starting 20 to 25 thousand a student getting placement 70 plus student can get. My plan after getting a degree I am to go to an accountant job.

In the last semester, students are eligible for campus placements. The companies visited to college are tcs, wipro, capgemini, persistent and all. Some small scale companies also visit to the college. 50 percent of students are placed in companies. After degree i joined Tcs as a graduate trainee.

Admission:

Our college take admission of the students by different criteria but i got admission here through CET entrance exam. Admission process is not so complicated. Student just only have to register their name and go to exam centre. According the merks obtain in exam, student get admission in the college.

Remarks:

I have both posyas well as some negative remarks for the college which I want to share. Firstly in academics our college is performing very well, faculties are all well specialised and experienced and so on.But besides all these our college should also focus on their infrastructure and on sanitary conditions.
