Course Curriculum Overview

5

Taking up English as my main course has always been my childhood dreams inspired by my teachers at highschool and inspired to be in the field of teaching. As well it has been my best dicision to have chosen this course further .

Fees and Financial Aid

Semester wise we pay around 16 thousand and yearly it cost 30000.If we incluse other fees it goes around 35 thousand, especially for the science stream it cost more.We got both merit and general scholarship ,however thr amount is very less as compared to the fee structures .

Campus Life

4

We have Myriad fest which the one of the biggest festival in our college .We also take up cultural events and many others. The books in library are less though ,the students struggle to get hold of all the books.Sports and other extracurricular activities has improved a lot .We got many clubs ,yet Evangelical Union (not a club but a students ministry)is the best of all moulding students both mebtally and spiritually

Admission

I never applied to any other colleges apart from Immanuel because it has always been the college i wanted to be a part of .The admission process in Immanuel does not go in terms of exams ,it is mostly based on first come first ,however it is also based on the scorings of our previous exams

Faculty

5

The teaching faculties are the best here. They are our mentors and mantees almost like oyr parents.I like maam Sonia ,who is almost like a mother to every students and ofcourse my English dept teaching staffs. They are the best. There are no particular faculties that i disliked .We have both internal exams and external for which is fair for marking the students .

Night Life

4

The hostel timing are quite strictly maintained which is a good thing.Likewise it does not allow any visiting at night except for emergencies which also quite protects the College properties .Talking of locality ,The Imli Ghas junctions was always our favourite place to hang out

I took up English because i wanted to see change in my self . Personally, i find 3rd sem course boring and old fashioned! I like how English department teachers maintain an active co curriculum activities to make the students engaged in the subject I think it will be great if they encourage explosure learning and observatory learning

I myself as a students with political science as my honours. i can proudly say that political science professors are the best. The outer knowledge they impart besides our syllabus is top notch. Test and assignment are given in a such a way it is easier for us at the end of the day when we write for exams. So far i have no complaints for their course curriculum and teaching methods.

Remarks:

Our college has all the infrastructures that a student need for basic learning but not all for a complete standardized exposure linked to our talents. The attendance weight age is quite attentively followed and students may be dropped just because of the attendance. It's quite far from here town so, usually alot of people stay in the hostel, and staying in the hostel seems to be painful since the areas adjoin the college is a highway, and we don't have access to towns and good shops nearby in order to get our need full filled. Apart from my studies I'm also having a good time with my professors.
