Course Curriculum Overview

4

The field of data science will take a big boon in future so according to future aspect its a good course you can opt for it Coz if you see the future it will be of data science, data engineers, data managements and all so its a great option to choose

Placement Experience

3

Amu has a strong placement record in Statistics Some placement are ISS, CORPORATE SECTOR, GOV SECTOR, The dept of stats at amu has a strong industry connections with students being placed in various sectors including research, corporate company, and gov organizations.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm telling about my course specifically The total fee range of bsc has shown to be 36000 but as I'm completing my 1st year I had paid 10000 apx at the time of admission Talking about the scholarship There are many scholarships like General merit (?250/month), aid to student, mohammad naim khan memorial and mustafa rasheed sherwani memorial scholarship.

Campus Life

4

The overall experience till today is good (not sooo greattt and not so bad) The fest and conducted after January Recently almosts fests ended Like lit fest, tech fest, club fests, hall weeks, sports days,

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostels facilities are good but the hostels of womens college are too much bad like they made 2 seater rooms as 4 seaters can you imagine 4 people living in a 2 seatered small room Apart from this if you can afford pg then there are pretty great options you can get

Admission

I applied for many government as well as private colleges i got confirmed in Delhi university, vishva bharati university, Allahabad university and Aligarh Muslim University The reason why I chose this is the course I got a good course here as compared to other colleges but I got bsc cs in delhi university and as i said i didn't like the city so i didn't chose that

Faculty

4

Faculty to student ratio is pretty decent and they are approachable they aree good and experienced enough in their respective fields I personally don't know much about faculty but the professors who gave lectures to us where good I dont dislike any of them coz i didn't experienced any thing such There are 2 sessionals and a semester they level of the papers are medium If anyone scores good in sessionals then the chances of failing for them is deniable But the students who took maths as major or minor they struggle to pass

Night Life

2

College has provided plentyyy of things to us Here every thing that you can think of but the one worst thing they did is they didn't provided any night life to girls they restricted the outing for girls specially boys can rome around but girls need be in their buildings

Other Applied Colleges

Delhi University - [DU] | Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] {Hons.} (Computer Science)

Personally didn't liked the hype of the city

Course Curriculum Overview:

For mathematics it has the syllabus and for physics also defense studies is the subject that I'm here . I'm in 1st year so there is some baiscs so i can't say that it has a lide changing chapters but i have heard that in 2nd year it is going to be very interesting. And I'm very excited!!. All three subjects are very interesting but I'm also seeing mathematics as an interesting subject . If you want to be a scholar in the university you have to choose your favorite subject and just stick to it, it'll be very helpful. Yes for skill development class if students want tp learn that skill for real please teach them carefully, otherwise it's just waste of money time and effort. Timings are good there are back to back exams in which you'll be preparing for exam for whole year not a single month to waste which is good from my perspective. Difficulty level is moderate, if you solve pyqs and similar questions you will score good in exams . You will require good amount of practice and speed for 3 hour exam .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Go for interest when an option is given to choose between a subject Some courses are taught useless as they have no real world application or any use in that field The curriculum could be a bit less because it'll make easy for students to gather with interest, the knowledge Timing is given for preparation of the exams and are moderate to difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose bsc bioinformatics as I love programming and research sector as I took pcb in 11th ... I couldn't go for btech ... But then I researched and found about this course which need computer skills with biology background.. a perfect match for someone like me.. after the pandemic and technical growth in biology sector .. bioinformatics became one of the most growing area .. In india it's rare to find people know about this is even a sector so yeah less competition and big opportunities to work abroad .. But I am pursuing this course in this college which have very bad curriculum..the faculty isn't proper to teach us about bioinformatics and we are just study the syllabus of biotech in a mixed class ... I will rate it's a bad idea to pursue bioinformatics from Swami vivekanand subharti university...
