Course Curriculum Overview

3

1)I chooses this course cuz it would be easy, but now it's getting tough. 2) The curriculum prepares the student's well for the placements, they are coming up with new ideas to crack the interviews interms of communication skills. 3) They need to explain a way more practical than theory. 4) It's quite normal timings between exams.

Internships Opportunities

4

Amazon , accenture , TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, tech Mahindra, paypal these are the companies that visited our college past years, I'm a first year student so I don't have any idea in this internship, but so far I listened the placement are good.

Placement Experience

5

1) from 3rd year we are eligible for campus placements. 2) there are a lot more companies that visited the campus some of them are Amazon, paypal etc. Last year 234 students got the offer. 3) The highest package was 51,00,000 and the avg package is around 13,00,000. 4)40% students are getting placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

1)I will be paying 81,000 per year. 2) The tuition fee for B.Tech(CSD) course is 1,05,000. Admission fee is 20,000 per year. Books cost is 8,500. 3) My management friends paying around 14,00,000 for 4 years. 4) The scholarship of 25,000 is available for per student(Only students who are qualified in exam).

Campus Life

5

1) There are no big events till now I've seen. I think there is an upcoming annual day coming on April. 2) There are all types of books available in our library, it has the best infracture. 3) The facilities and technologies within the classroom are not upto the marks, it needs to be improved.

Admission

1)I have applied for VNR,JNTU,VASAVI and lot more but based on my rank I got selected in CMRCET. If I had a chance to get into 1 college without my rank I used to select VNR. 2)I got rejected from other colleges because of my rank I secured, the cutoff was low to get placed in that college. 3) The admission process of the college is u need to get min rank of 30,000 to get CSE and allied branches. The eligibility exam is EAMCET and the most preferred course is CSE and cutoff is around 17,000.

Faculty

4

1) Some of the faculty are rude and target the student's and give marks based on their faces. 2) Raji Reddy sir is the good sir soo far in the campus I've seen. He is very motivating person and understands students very well. 3)Swathi mam lecturer of programming,I didn't like her becz she is the one who grades the student's based on faces. 4) There are 3 exams in 1 semester, 2 are mid examination and 1 is final sem examination. The difficulty of the exams are based on the type of regulation you're in.

Interview Experience

3

Till now I didn't face any group discussion, interview or written test for the admission because I'm a first year student. But I have listened that the rounds are tough to clear and most of it depends upon the speaking skills.

Night Life

4

There is a gym but it is closed all the time and cafeteria is also good it has all types of food and library. I don't live in hostel so I don't have any idea. The famous hangout places inside the college is the cafeteria.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years, student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.
