Course Curriculum Overview

4

The future scope and the noble nature of the course motivated me to take it. My college has helped me a lot to be ready for most future applications and implications of this course. Areas of improvement for curriculum is mainly in the distribution of subjects. The number of subjects in final year should be less,

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise fees- 1.33-1.5 lakh for general category students all inclusive (library fees, gym etc.) Hostel fees- 5000/yr Other students fees ranging from 0-80,000 per year as per reservation category and scholarship. Scholarships available for ews and other reservation students.

Campus Life

4

Our cultural fest is called Ashwamedh which is the annual fest which consists of dance, band performance, fashion show, concerts, plays and many more things. Apart from this we have freshers party, convocation parties and many sports events.

Admission

This is the 2nd best college in the state which made me choose this college. Exams accepted is NEET for admission in MBBS. Cutoffs go mostly above 660-670 in NEET currently. It may go higher as per the difficulty of NEET.

Faculty

4

Faculties extremely approachable. They also help with all research based work. All faculties are at their best and highly cooperative with our doubts and teach really well regarding clinical cases. Exams per year depends on the year, first year has 2-3 internal exams with one prelims and one university final exam. This remains same in the second year. The third and final years have one internal exam, one prelims and a final university exam. All exams are moderate to difficult in nature.

Night Life

4

Situated in Mumbai, the night life of college is similar to the night life in Mumbai. There are no strict timings restrictions in hostel since it's a medical college. The locality is extremely safe to roam about at night

Admission:

This course was kind of looking good to do. Well there's a counselling process that allots the students according to their NEET-UG scores. As this is a private college, we are allotted according to scores and fees of the college. Means lower the college fees more marks are needed for admission. I got a bad score of 415 out of 720. And accordingly to my score this college was allotment.

Remarks:

The college is taken up by students who just failed to get the so called better colleges in Mumbai and Pune but this college is way better than the newly opened colleges in Mumbai. The only negative point is the hostels which are crowded and don't have good sanitation.

Remarks:

Well college is quite good there is nothing to say much negative about your college but it is much crowded students don't get much facilities as they want and other extra curricular activities like social economic and political camps or anything else should be organised so that students are enrolled.
