Course Curriculum Overview
As I mention above I'm a student of Sinhgad College of Engineering the infrastructure of this college is good and the course curriculum of this institute is impressive. The course curriculum of this college is challenging to students which gives energy to the students to pursue their dreams.
Placement Experience
I was 2019 batch student, in my time total 1200 students were placed before half of the semester. After that again many of the students were placed. If you are a brilliant student you will definitely place.
College Events
Every year in our college a carnival takes place. First I didn't get that later I came to know that its a festival for the freshers or newcomers. It is for two days. Then every year there is an annual festival name Sinhgad Karnak. In Sinhgad Karandak a foreign celebrity is invited. Then according to events, other celebrities are invited.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure of Sinhgad college of engineering is as per given rules. As I know the fee structure for open category students is 100000 whereas for OBC students it is 55000. For SC and ST students it is around 10000. When I was admitted here at that time I paid 16000 college fees. And in the second year, I paid only 10000 and it was same. First-year fees with other expenses are around 20000.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, I opted for a scholarship at my college. I got that scholarship. A trusted name Bhosale trust provides scholarship for weak financial students.
Campus Life
Sinhgad College of Engineering Vadgaon is at top of the hill. There is greenery everywhere. Campus life is best. There are many cafes and all on campus. Gender ratio, if you are asking, is impressive. You will definitely get good male and female friends there. There is unity in diversity.You will found students from other countries as well. There is a playground as well and an indoor mini stadium as well.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I opted for hostel life because at that time I didn't know much about other facilities. So I take admission in hostel but later I came to know what is real college life. Hostel life was awesome. We play cricket at night in front of our room. Those days were awesome. We pay 55000 for the hostel and now it is 65000. They provide good facilities for light water and everything. Cleanliness is perfect here. Just go for hostel life.
Alumni/Alumna
Senior students of my time were pretty helpful. They help us in each and every situation. They guide us in every department.
Admission
I have the admission in this college through cap round. I passed 12 exams in 2015 and give JEE advance exam in which I got 42 marks. Then through DTE, I got allotment in this college. I visited this college twice and got admission in this college. Here I found several desks helping students. It was easy to process.
Faculty
When I was admitted in Sinhgad college of engineering I found out all faculties were IIT'ans. I was impressed with faculties who got AIR 8-11-25. Then slowly I came to know that each and every faculty in my college is top class faculty. The were tollers of their time.
