The legacy of Rajdhani College Bhubaneswar

The course is good but due to the lack of infrastructure there is a little sacrifices we have to make. There are all lab facilities for science students, a separate block for commerce and there are labs for maximum BA courses.

There are so many companies who comes to our college to hire students for internships. Maximum students form science, BBA & BCA gets the most internship opportunities. Students from the 3rd semester and above gets the internship opportunities in top companies like linkedin. Agriculture students gets intership in the top agricultural industries of Odisha like IFFCO, ESSAR, IMFA and many also gets intership opportunities in govt sectors. Even the BA students of our college gets intership in various govt sectors. Many of my seniors are in interships and they are earning by themselves. They are self dependent now and they are not dependent on their family. If you're in 1st and 2nd sem then you don't get intership opportunities but when you're in 3rd sem and above you get various interships opportunities. Our college conducts job councelling to get the students intership and the the college intership rate is very good.

The college os good and every year there are companies who visit the college for recruitment and they recruite maximum students from our college and the placement rate of college is more than 80 percent in every course

The year wise fees is ?3000, the tuition fees is ?1500 per semester, the admission fees is ?1016, development fees ?500, the lab fees is ?350 and the fees is same for everyone. The admission fees for BSC is ?6000 and the tuition fees is ?2600 per semester. The admission fees for BBA & BCA is ?40000 and the fees per semester is ?12000. Admission fees for BSC Agriculture is ?40000 and the fees per semester is ?18000. There are so many scholarships for merit students as this is a government college.

Teachers are quite strict in campus, but there are regular programs which continue to happen in the college auditorium, it includes dance, singing, debate, speech, art competition. There are music club, dance club, sppech club and sports club in the college

There are two hostels inside the college campus, one is boys campus and the other is girls campus. The building infrastructure in very good and the hostel staffs are very good in behaviour. There is no ragging in the hostel and the seniors in the hostel are very friendly to the juniors. The hostel food in very good, so many of my friends stay in the college hostel and they have never complained anything about the college hostel. Maximum students live in the college hostel and they looks really happy. They arrange different kind of programs and sports activities to keep then engaged. They arrange parties in every month and the hostel in time is 9 pm at the night. There are minimal restrictions and they never behave bad to the students. Overally both the college hostels are good. I would rate 4/5 to the college hostel of Rajdhani College Bhubaneswar

This is the best government college in the city and the college under Untkal University and this the the third choice for students in Odisha to join after Revenshaw ans BJB autonoms college. The college have a good history

The faculties are good because it is a A grade college and the exams are though. This college comes under Utkal University and the exam is tough. The faculties are helpful and always ready to help students.

No there are no Group Discussion, Interview or Written Test for the admission. The admission is purely in basis of the merit. To get the admission in the college you kust score good marks in your 12th board exam. Students who desires to take admission in the college must score 85% or above in their board exams then only they would get a chance or a seat to study or take admission in the college. For admission in BSC you must score 90% and above for Physics honors and mathematics honors. For chemistry honors the cutoff is 85% & above. For commerce the cutoff is 80% and above. For BA geography you must score 75% and above, for BA economics honors you must score 90% and above to get admission, for BA history honours the cutoff is 85%, for BA English honors the cutoff is 80%, for BA education honors the cutoff is 75%. The night life around the campus is very good, our college is situated in the middle of the city and one of the most busy area in the city. There are so much vip movements in the area. And the college is just beside the national highway
