Likes

Friendly and experienced faculties, they provide extra knowledges and resources apart from the academics.
Girls to boys ratio approximately 2:4, lots of girls are graduated and got placement at good companies.
Anti ragging is markable point of this college. And events cultural are fantastic to say.

Dislikes

Getting outpass is big process. We can't get out from college in our urgency.
Canteen is far from classroom. So break time isn't enough to go canteen and return to classroom.
Some times canteen food is not that much good. Whenever you go to canteen there is only dosa and parotta is available. No more any other spices.

Good curriculum and this college particularly famous for CIVIL engineering. Id you wanna become civil engineer you can choose this college wisely. Moreover they will bring you to the sight and teach practically.

This college has a good environment and experienced faculties. Moreover the management's ultimate goal is to provide every standard people should get their engineering degree. Affordable fee structure is provided in this college. Not more than 50k every courses are under 50k. Don't underestimate the cheap cost of course they have excellent lab facility and transport and accommodation food.

Campus Life

Good friends and good faculties. experienced bus drivers for our safe journeys. And through our the college has wifi connection so we can explore the good things we want. Moreover they not only prepare us for exams but also to future aspects.

Admission

This college is suggested by my mentor. He is from iit Roorkee. He is one of senior faculty of the college too. His opinion about the college and good environment, facility are enough to admitted in this college.

Faculty

This college has well structured courses. And they suggest good authors to enough to understand the concepts. Exam systems are really impressive every one has private credentials through the College portal they will get their appropriate exam hall. Every examination time flying squad roaming around to avoid any malpractices

Night Life

Yes there is gym is available. Lots of sports qouata students are admitted in this college. According to hostels there is separate hostel for boys girls faculties. Even there is seperate hostel for junior students and senior students.

Life and Difficulties at SRM University from honest POV

Placement Experience:

the placements start from third year. there are multiple oncampus companies that visited like juspay,zs associates, cognizant,accenture,capegemini and etc. the average package is aroung 5,00,000 the percentage of student is around 60-70 around this year but its still going on by this march.

The placements for me started from end of 3rd year itself. The highest package was around 8 LPA from Mr. Cooper with additional 2L bonus if you stayed for 2 years. Avg. package was 4 LPA. 10-15 good and decent companies visited here.

The Mechanical story

The admission process was good and very friendly too. There is no entrance exam and it mainly belongs to cut-off and first graduates. I am eligible for all courses In the front office there was a lot of peoples and staff there is an application form and there are no fees for that and my application date was July 15, 2017.
