EXCELENT UNIVERSITY

our university has both positive and negative remarks, positive remarks;-students are gettng more facilities through the university,they have many oppertunity to explour themselves via curricular and extra curricular activities. negative remarks:-ravenshaw had historty of ragging the students but since last two year our campous is raaging free and disiplened.

biotechnology course is a applied part of lifescience,this course has various aspects application ,and the placement of the students are awsome.they can join industries related to bear manufacture ,and can jon pharmacutial factiries.

students are getting many scholership amomg them National Scholarship ,PG Merit Scholarship,Senior Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship ,andPost Matric Scholarship (For S.C./S.T. Students) are the given to the students.as i have general cast i am unable to get scholership.

the placement and job opertunity is good bt not excellent,students facing difficulties sometimes.but the bright students are getting felloship under csir ugc,many students are qualified GATE entrance and can able to do phd in top iits.

there many events are obserbed in this campus.these are fresher party ,fairwell party,alumini get together ,department annual functions and many more functions are being obserbed in our campous.there are also hostels annual functions are obserbed individualy.

admission fees for regular cources are very feasible but the self-finacing courses are little bit expensive,because they need financial support to give batter education and a well maintained laboratories.

our university is always best in extracurricular activities,lab and sports.the cutural events are also occur.The University has provision for joining NCC for Boys & Girls. The selection to the NCC is made after a thorough medical examination. Each student admitted to the N.C.C. is required to attend parades which are held on Sundays. The parades begin from the first week of August and continue till the end of December. N.C.C. Cadets are provided with the full uniform and are given free refreshment at the end of each parade. To ensure the cleanliness of their uniform, cadets are paid a washing allowance. N.C.C. training programme includes Map Reading, Field Craft, Drill/ weapon (Rifle) Training and firing at the Firing Camp. The Youth Exchange Programme is thrilling experience for N.C.C. Cadets. Six countries are part of this programme. At the end of the training period, 'B' & 'C' Certificates Examination are held every year. Some good N.C.C. Cadets are sent for advanced leadership course, mountainry course, Republic Day camps etc. NCC program begins in August and ends with the certificate exams held in february every year. Our NCC cadets have won many accolades and laurels in shooting, firing, and drill and line competitions. NCC cadets also attend Republic Day campus.

as far hostel infra structure are concerns ,i would like to give 4.5 out of 5 because they are very intelligently desinged,our university has 12 hostels,out of which 6 are girls hostel and other 6 are boys hostel.

alumini get togetter is a very good event ,by which current students are getting ideas of what they are going to do in their future ,they interact with each other and the senier alumini are provides some importent tips about their profession

the prescribed syllabus is very much helpfull to students for entrance exams,they can simultaneously do their preparation for entrance as well as for their academics,there are two semesters in a year ,so that students can get attached to their studies.

i gave a entrance examination ,got qualified and got admission through merit list.and after verification of the documents we were called for addmission.we do payment through online transaction to the university account.and procedure was completed.

our faculty members are very helpful ,cooperetive ,kindhearted.our VC is very much dynamic ,and have have potential to evolute students thought towards the research areas.our faculty take classes regularly,and they do clear students doubts without any irritation.
