Dislikes

The thing I disliked is that there are no boys ,in some way that's kind of uncool .And this college has a small playground and courtyard so it feels kinda make me boring.This college makes me boring sometimes because the classes are sometimes no good

Course Curriculum Overview

YOverall I liked the curriculum that is why it influenced me very well and that's why I choose my course computer science and engineering.in my opinion there is no need for improvement.Anf the exam timing frequency all are good

Placement Experience

The placements in our campus are really amazing.More than 60% of students got placed this year and got internships in various companies like infosys, accenture,tcs and Capgemini....i am also planning to get into a company through placement hoping I'll get it.our college last year packages top one is 17 lpa.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly 45,000 has to be paid.there are a lot of College scholarships providing.there are for women's only scholarship alot.beacause our college is women only college .There are examples of scholarship like pragathi,national scholarship.And many people recieving it.

Campus Life

This college has great placenta and good ambience overall,and there is wifi everywhere in college and the club activities here are very active.there are lot of clubs which anyone can join .there is a huge and beautiful library which students can read

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are good.its not so bad.there are different kinds of room spacious like 8 people room ,4 people,2 people rooms.the meal offering here are vere tasty and spicy.the hostel registration is a simple process.im staying in college hostel which is inside campus

Admission

I choose this college because there are no other options.i can't get into any other colleges.But I'm not regretting that I joined this college.admission process of college through keam exam anyways it is nice being here

Faculty

Our scheme is 2024 scheme.Which is renewed last year . There are lot of faculties here .there are more than enough.we are following ktu university.and I like all of the faculty members that are teaching me.The most favourite one is my maths teacher she is very reliable and her teaching skills are excellent

Night Life

Night is fantastic. As a hosteller which is inside the college is really good vibey and nice.We can play badminton,basket ball and every games.Hostel timing to enter is 7 pm.it is very nice to hangout with friends.

Placement Experience:

Placements cells are supportive in terms of networking with different companies and are readily active for the students competing in getting internships and placements. The college has a tie up with different companies like Infosys , Wipro , Deloitte , IBM , NVIDIA , Deshaw Private Limited etc. Students become eligible from semester 5 onwards for on campus placements. The offers made by these companies are 8 LPA to 9 LPA by deloitte , innfosys , and IBM but the highest package is being offered by Deshaw and NVIDIA that is 60 LPA and 47 LPA. The average package is around 11 LPA and the percentage of students getting placed are above 80%. My plan after getting the degree is to work for an IT Company to get the hands on knowledge about what the current technologies demand and get experienced in that and work further upon it.

From the semester 7 onwards the placement interview will begin.The company's like Infosys,Sutherland etc.But if we are doing externally that is also good.I'm planning on improving my skills first and then going abroad. The average package available would be 4 lakh per annum.

Experience as a first year student at NIT calicut

Placement Experience:

Here we recieve a really high number of offers this year it was around 970, The highest package received this year was 44.42 lpa and average was around 12 lpa Accenture, Bharat electronics limited are few of the top hirers, intel and nvidia also hire from here they are more relevant for ece students The percentage of students getting placed is 81% I will most probably try for a direct placement, I'm not thinking about higher studies(MTECH)after UG but that might change in the future

College Feels Like Home

Placement Experience:

The placement department in our college is great and is always trying to bring good companies to the college. The placement training starts from semester 7. Our top recruiter include Infosys, TCS, Wipro, NocoBD, Delloite, etc. and our mechanical, civil, EEE,ECE all got placements with avg of 4lpa.The highest package where 12 Lpa for SAP. My plans is to get a good job and lead a stable life.

Reality of College life

My 1st priority was this college and I've successfully achieved that. I've chosen this college mainly as it's near my home town and this college have 3rd position over Kerala for pass result percentage. I have never got rejection from any college as this college was my first priority. For admission process the students must wants to clear keam exam and those who got higher rank will get the seats. My college LBSITW is a government controlled self financing engineering college . It is managed and controlled by LBS centre for science and technology , a government organisation . It is not a fully government college but government supervisioned one .
