Course Curriculum Overview
This curriculum influenced much more towards the btech course. By discussions and taking decisions helped me alot. This curriculum prepares me for real world applications by explaining the real applications applicable. Teaching methods are very very nice. The frequency and timing of exams plays key role in improving the students knowledge.
Fees and Financial Aid
To be honest, this college is incredibly taking care of students. May the fees structure is high but it aids and helps for building bright future of students. Tution fees is 70k, registration fees is may 8.5k, admission fees 8k lab fees 0 but for books such as textbooks, notebooks, lab records, lab manuals etc... it required 12k. It scholarship are aided to the students. It helps the people who are backward. For the students who are came from scholarships no payment all free. I suggest to take chance in SMEC.
Campus Life
Festivals and programs are held very rare in this clg but once it done it can be in a neat and proper way without any disturbance. Library is huge and information process is incredibly. Sports and extracurricular activities are offered in campus. There are many social groups to help the people out side the bariors of clg
Admission
I've applied to many colleges near my home town but my senior suggested me this clg. So, I come to know about the clg. I've rejected by many colleges due to my less marks percentage in eapcet. The eligibility in this clg is less than 50k rank in eapcet. So, as I've got it.
Faculty
The faculty and students are moving very friendly. Teachers teaching career guidance along with subjects. I like Avinash sir who teach us pps and python. One of the wonderful teacher I've ever seen in my life. There is no faculty to whom we hate. All are good with us. Exams are held twice for 3 months. Those are difficult but nice to attempt.
Night Life
Gyms, cafeterias, library and public area are opened till evening. Hostels and campus is very clean and hygiene. Every thing this done with respect to time. There is no famous places but it's good to hangout in the open area.
