Course Curriculum Overview

My major decision for this course was the blend of IT and management which is rare yet beneficial for the future and the teaching methods where in today's world IT is so important we are been taught various programming languages and everything so that we can stand in today's world.

Class Size: 32Course Fees: INR 700000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fees I'm paying is 2,38,000 which is okay according to the advancement of the course which I'm studying. I did not pay any management quota for the admission with general cast. If you're from the management quota you're expected to pay more than the regular fees Their are a lot of scholarships going for the people in need.

Campus Life

Their are a lot events happening after all it's symbiosis , cultural fests , competitions , dances singing and everything else. the council selection and everything is fun. Our freshers were also well organised

Admission

The uniqueness of the college course which they provide the blend of majorly management and information technology leaves me stunned because this course is rare and the placement of our seniors has also been pretty well the college faculty surpasses all the expectations

Faculty

The faculty is student friendly , the teachers are highly qualified and the way they share their experiences and knowledge with us it is a lucky chance for us as well. Whenever we hold some doubt they're cleared as soon as possible.

Interview Experience

Yes I did face a PI round for the admission , but it was not that difficult you just had to tell your interests and some basic generic knowledge which everyone should know now a days. Majorly I prepared it from my seniors

Night Life

It is pretty safe and happening as their are just students nearby living all the food stalls the coffee shops the famous vendors they're flooded with students and the best part is the place is very safe for girls

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall superb rating I would give to my course curriculam. The specialization we have finace with marketing and Hr with marketing definately help us in our career journey as well as in the growing and dynamic world. They guide us well and help us to develop for real world. Overall its great but needs to improve in areas like giving extra mentorship to the students for interview, job preparation and related field. The overall timing exam are well managed and scheduled well.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in the college which looks after student internship and placements students can apply for internships from the 2nd year of their course onwards as for placemts they can apply in their last year, but to apply for placement students have to pay a fee of 1500rs to be added in the group for placement from where they can apply, almost 60 % of students are placed from the college getting average lpa around 600000 and many companies such as Bane, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley,Zomato etc come for placement and as well as internship many of my friends have recived and PPO as well after doing their Internship In their 2nd year as welli personally plan to go for further studies abroad after college to gain more experience and explore career as I still have to decided on what I want to do so the best cou8would be for me to go explore and get a wider perceptive

Placement Experience:

- Campus placements starts in the final/third year of college - Companies such as TresVista, KPMG, PWC, Delliotte, Zomato, Swiggy, Zara etc. come and the average package is Rs. 5 LPA - Highest package was Rs. 8 LPA and lowest was Rs. 3.5 LPA - 90% of the students gets placed - I plan on pursuing CFA after college.

After the completion of the 2nd-semester students were eligible for the campus interviews. The finance tycoons like Muthoot, and HDFC visited for the interviews. The highest package offered by the company was 3 lakh per annum and the average package was 1.5 lakh per annum. The percentage of students getting selected was 50%. As was selected in Muthoot finance I gained 1-year experience there and I got a better offer from a iifl finance company.

One of the biggest institutes of Pune

Remarks:

Our MIT group has now been transformed into MIT- WPU ie MIT WORLD PEACE UNIVERSITY which now is one of the best universities, and not MIT Has greater number of opportunities and a more developed infrastructure and has advanced teaching methods with a lot of curricular and extra curricular activities.

SICSR is a good place to consider

The eligibility was simple, you can be either of commerce or science background. You should have cleared 10+2 system with minimum 75%. SICSR's pros and cons

There was entrance examination known as SET which was in online mode that time due to covid-19. It was a mcq based test. Cutoff for the Test was 91 percentile.
