KKHSOU, MA, English

Remarks

The Krishna Kant University is a place where one can fulfill his/her dreams of higher studies without compromising their valuable time. On top of that, the standard of quality remains at par with the national universities thanks to the dedicated faculty members of the KKHSOU.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The MA Programme in English has been designed in such a way that it meets the standard of other national and international universities of repute. The curriculum included 4-course subjects per semester. They covered topics ranging from the disciplines of poetry, historic writing, American literature as well as the literature review. The course material was vast enough to prepare me for further studies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I paid INR 5100 for the first semester. The fee structure was more-or-less the same for the upcoming semesters. The fee could have been a bit lower.

Alumni/Alumna

I connected with the alumnus via online portals like Facebook. The university has also set up an online portal for enhanced connectivity and better networking opportunities, which are normally absent in an open university.

Exam Structure

The exam consisted of 4 exams each containing a maximum of 100 marks. Out of these 100 marks, 80 marks are for the theory and 20 for assignments. This structure is followed by four semesters.

Admission

There is no entrance test for the admission. I registered online and made the payment. After that, you will receive a user id and password to access the portal.

Faculty

4.5

Every faculty member is better than the other. Especially, Ms. Chayanika Roy who helped and motivated us at every step. The KKHSOU has pre-requisite criteria regarding the hiring of the faculty, which helps in maintaining the necessary standard for quality teaching.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because I like this subject and nothing more. The Faculty And Students Ratio Would Be Like 1:40 Which Is Pretty Good And Impressing. The Faculties Are Well Qualified and Kind-Hearted and Friendly. Exams Occurred At Right Time And Very Strictly Managed. Exams Are Quite Easy To Pass.
