A genuine college review

Mainly the couse that is covered in classroom is eventually practised in lab time period . The couse that is more relavant to the couse that I choosen . This was replicating all day to day life works and way of working process. Applications in practical is more relavant to real world also the couse is more significant to brach . In the first year the couses will cover all the branch's basic information and practical appliction . After first year the couse will redirect to their respective branch courses and the uses of couses . By the practical knowledge we can conclude the respective branch course significance. The importance of doing the practical practices are not known to the students, that must me known . Teaching staff in practical assesment is no that much bothered about the student's preactices.

College will give the internship opportunities to the students in 3rd year which is paid internship . Where all students are eligible for that . After completing their projects students can give their intership atempt .

The placements in our college is very good having average of 20laks package and high placement percentage. Also students have opportunites in internships in 3rd year of their respective course . More replicated companies offer packages to the students . I have plans of doing hardwork to get Government job .

We have two semesters per year. Fees will be different for each semester. Currently I am doing my fourth semester. Fee Structre for General, OBC,EWS : 1. Tution fee : 1,00,000/- 2. Mess fee : 18,000/- 3. Other fee vary with semester : For 1st semester : 31,850/- For 2nd,4th,6th and 8th semester's : 8,400/- For 3rd,5th and 7th semester's (Monsoon semester's): 18,450/- Other fee include include two types : 1. One time charges.(Applicable for all students and to be paid only once at the time of admission) Includes Institute admission fee - 500/- Hostel admission fee -500/- Benevolent fund -200/- Identity card -100/- Medical examination fee -100/- Alumnus subscription and IIT (ISM) almuni fee - 3,500/- Institute development fund -2000/- Convocation charges -1,000/- Caution money -5,000/- Migration fee - 500/- TOTAL - 13,400/- 2. Other annual charges.(Applicble for all the students and to be paid annually in every monsoon semester) Includes: Institute annual fee -1,000/- Hostel managment fund -500/- Basant -300/- Student gymkhana fee -2,000/- Student insurance - 1,250/- Student Innovative Project fee and student developmet -5,000/- TOTAL - 10,050/-. Currently for 4th semester I paid 1,36,450/- For the 1st year I paid 2,76,250/- My batchmate's who belong to SC/ST/PWD, their tution fee is paid by the Central Government. And the mess fee and other fees are equal for every student. Scholorships are MCM and NSP,provided by the college . The students who belong to OBC,EWS,SC,ST,PWD are eligible. And girls have other private scholorships.

Infrastructure is old and asthetic . Club involvement is mostely common to every student because every student have someting in intrest which cannot be done on their schooling or inter education . Club will provide the resouses and knowledge of the one's intrested sector . Social aspects that replicate the human rights and value giving to a person that are learnt by even roaming in college. Annyally Concettto a techinical fest that will happen ,where all other college students will perform their talents. The library which is the 2nd bigest library in Asia . Where all type os books and e books are available .

Facilities are those are reqired to a student that are a bed, light, fan, shelf , study table, which are more enough to a student . The meal quality is not always good but in some days they are good to eat . There are three grand dinners in a semester which is inclded in hostel fee. Registration process is very simple ,only to write a application that have general plots.

Mainly the first thing is tag of an IIT which will give a huge self resepct and real confidence while going to home town and meeting family relatives . Also IIT's have high percentage and high average packages . The companies also very intrested in students came from IIT background. There are more colleges in IIT sector ,I choose this college is the thing it give a ISM . And i got rank that have this college in the NIRF ranking wise. To get the admission in this college , the student must clear his JEE mains and advance after completing his 10 class . After clearing this exames the student must attend in counselling that conducted by JOSAA . Ther are more reservation criterea for the cast and economically weaker section people . Cut offs are based on year wise respective to their cast .

The couse sturcture is based on credits.Each and every subject have credits, the grading is given as per the student's performance on the subject and scoring a high credit subject will result a more grading and vice versa. The students of batchelor of technology in first year have same course irrespective of their branch they are pursuing . These students are grouped as sections and they are having same faculty in their respective section's. After completion in first year the students will start their courses in their resective branch classes . Here faculties will have special concentration in students. In a year students have two semester one is monsoon and other is winter, in every semester there will mid and end semester examination also consists of lab exams and viva . The student is allowed write the examination only if the student having 75% of attendence at the end of the courses .If a having any disipilinary action or malpractice in mid semester examination, the respective student must maintain 85% of attendence. Mid semester examination have 32% and end semester examination have 48% of marks distribution,and another 20% is give by Quiz and Assignments of the respective course. Exams are held in a systematic way,where all the dates and timings of respective couse examination will be given in advance . Faculities will explain in more understanding manner.I like faculties who won't tell the couse only by reading the power point .

Night life in college is very peacefull and enjoying the vibe . Night life at hostel will give more enjoyment to the part of the day. My favorite place is gym and ground which give me a time to keep intrest towards myself. Late night activities are those when there is any event mainly DJ night ,in hostels we have time to celebrate one's birthday.
