Course Curriculum Overview
The ECE curriculum at Presidency University is well-structured with a strong mix of theory and practical exposure. It aligns with industry trends but could benefit from updates in emerging technologies, more live projects, and application-based exams to enhance real-world readiness.
Placement Experience
After completion of 6th semester based on CGPA the eligible students can apply for the jobs. Capgemini, Wipro, IBM, Hdfc bank, Tata Xlsi, etc.. And some non technical companies. According to our batch the highest package i have seen 12 LPA and lowest package is 3LPA. Mostly 90%of the students get placed. I have worked 6 months in an company and recently i opted for MTech.
Fees and Financial Aid
2,25000 is the course per year in 2020 when i have joined in Presidency University. It will increase as the year increase most approximately it will increase 20000/- per year. But if you come from ComedK you will get scholarship of amount based on your rank.
Campus Life
There will be more festivals, events and activities conducted by university. Ethnic day, Fest like Invincia, Freshers day, Alumini and etc. The library full of knowledge you can find anybook that you want if not they will provide you as per your request. Digital classrooms are provided. Sports will be more encouraged activity in university. Yes you can join clubs available in university.
Admission
I haven't applied for any other colleges after the ComedK ranks, i got the call from the university members and they explained about the coursre and curriculum and i like the way of approaching and i joined here. You can contact the admission department of our college thry will guide till the last.
Faculty
The faculty of university are always encourages us to ask doubts and get clear of the subject. My favorite faculty is Mohammed Abrar sir, he is available for us to clear doubts. The exams will conduct daily. Almost 80%of the students will clear the semester. The course curriculum is very good.
Interview Experience
There will no interview during admission. If by any chance if they conduct to check your communication. Mainly all the GD topics based on current affairs. I follow current affairs weekly to gain knowledge and to discuss in detail.
Night Life
The university timings are 8.45 am to 4.45 pm Yoga hall, cafeterias library all are available according to college timings. I had joined as a local guy. I have taken PG's available near by campus. Almost the every place you can see as a hangout area in campus.
