A memory of hotel management student

I guess hotel management is not bad people needs to have will power to work in this industry they needs to be mental, physical strong as they needs to face many things in this industry they needs to give up on few things which they like hotel management refers to the overseas and coordinating of all aspects of a hotels operations to ensure it runs effecting , meets guests expectations, and generates profits so they need people who are good in them and run the business well and honestly there are many many advantages and disadvantages even in every sector also and even this have also not as others there are many things a hotel needs to have operations management : which takes care of hotels like front office , house , keeping , F&B service , kitchen they are the main people because of them itself the hotel is running with profits without them the hotel will be loss . Human resources: they are the one who takes care of hiring people in hotels which is so important as hotels needs honestly people who works for hotel and do things properly . Guest services : the as name itself tell 5 star hotels the services should also be like that itself good and prefect as many rice people will be coming for top services so we can disappointed them . Sale & marketing : this one is also important as they are the one who takes care of hotels money properly and marketing people who promot them hotel without them it is nothing in hotels . Hotel management is a dynamic fields requiring , leadership , startegic planning , and the ability to respond quickly to the changing needs of both guests and the hospitality industry .

Internship opportunities are so many in my college so students in hotel management needs to do one in there 2rd year for sure or else they won't be getting any certificates from college as it is mandatory to everyone to do which is for 4 months which are the best days they can learn many things in hotels which many be not thought In college but in hotels they will get to know hot work is done and how the real hotel works how much of work is there in hotels they improve alot when they go there many benefits are they in hotels they will meet with new people learn from them who to do things in proper way how good they can be done and everything.

Our campus placements happens in 3rd for everyone as it is the last year to everyone in hotel management many companies comes to college and take interviews which are very big Brands like ITC , TATA etc. Good placements are there in our college but I feel for the hard work which we done in hotels the salarys are low like it starts from 18,000 which is low they need to increase it to 25,000 which will be useful to many as people will show interest to join hotel management.

Thw college is good with all the facilities they provide the teachers in the college are very good and friendly they try to help students alot and about fees for the things they provide i feel like the fees is somewhat more if my college fees is 3,00,000 but totally for me it will be upto 6,00,000 because of the all additional expenses because of college as my college is 21km far fome the place I stay for the transport cost alot as daily I need to spend 150 from miyapur to Begumpet so and about the placements they are good many companies come for college take and select people but the problem is the salary they pay is low I guess as starting it will be of 18,000 to 35,000 maximum that's it I wise for the work we do the salarys needs to be more and for hotel management people who are really interested and works hard it's needs to come with a fixed mind expect for salarys I feel working in hotels is the best things ever as we learn many things there .

As a student it is good as this is my last year on college I am going to miss all my friends who I made in this college it is very good to find good friends in good college who helps alot in things we made fun jokes and enjoyed ourselves alot and studied alot to pass all the exams with the helps to other students too who help many without expect anything in return they are the friends everyone want in future who are close I am sad that after our college everyone will be busy in there life and jobs I just wants to meet them again and again after jobs they are great I don't want to loss my friends and college life but what to do needs to move on in do job but no problem I will not leave my friends alot behind

This college was better then others I feel like in teaching as told they are good in things compared to others in some things and my aunty who works as french teachers who teaches in 4 colleges recommend me this as this is better then others in fees , studies , they won't pressure the students to study study only they take card of students well with care and everything .

The college building is really good and everything even some teachers are friends with students and some teaches the subject where well students can understand that they are saying to everyone but some teachers are not good they are like they come and teach that's it every teacher trys to make every student shine in subjects they want the child to learn everything so that he/she can be successful in future without any problems even in future any problems come he/she can face it so on one can point out at them they can get better and good jobs with good salary and faster growth in future as they can reach there up coming childrens also

I never knew about night life around my college but I heard from my friends who stays in hostels as my college in middle of city there is good environment and food stalls near the rooms of them and college which are good not bad things happens near my college as a police station is near mine so no tension to anyone who stays near college in hostels as many comes and stays outside from there villages to study in good college which is good thing and I want to even experience the night life near my college with my friends who stays in hostels as they roam around alot in night when ever they are free
