The best for me.that's what I wanted to peruse always. the main goal. that's why I took up science (medical) during 11th std. In school. what's better than being someone who can help others and helping them live a better life

Yes our college provides internship. for all the courses offered by the university. I'm still in the 2nd year so not much experienced about the internship thing. but the patient foot fall is good. provides better patient exposure.

Feasible and expensive. both. no scholarship for us dental / medical students. but for the rest of the courses. they provide scholarship according to the percentage of marks obtained by the student

They are good. except for sometimes. not cleaning the instruments properly. labs cleanliness. its average and poor sometimes. otherwise rest is fine. Different clubs are there for different activities

Yes they are. No ragging issues They help us with books , notes, question paper (previous years papers) Practical work Topics of our courses etc And even during fests. it's fun working with them.

Through NEET, for getting into dental course. attended counselling conducted by haryana (Pt.BD Sharma)at PGIMS , rohtak.then on the basis of the NEET score. you get to select your college choice. also depends on the total no. Of seats available in the college

A decent and detailed information.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are some subject which are going to be common with mbbs physiology and anatomy and biochemistry and also they are most difficult in whole course. The timing of classes are 8.10am to 3.40 pm.(extendable). You get a daily practical period of any one subject. You get 3 to 4 assignment every week and given time for each assignment is 1 week.

After Doing Dental Internship u are eligible for placement. After getting the degree I m going to write NEET mds exam which gives me a chance to entry into prestigious govt institutions for my PG studies. There are less than 20% who get placements as more people opt for MDS course

Pros/Cons of choosing the college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Bds as there ar no emergency patients as compared to MBBS. If you can establish your own clinic you can earn a handsome money. You can be your own boss. The student ratio is also very good in our college. The faculties are very much educated and supportive. Though the studies are little hard still you can pass exams easily if you study hard. The exams are on time and the teacher will guide you very well for exams.

Placement Experience:

Placements are for btec students But for bds students, we have no placements. Placements are from common companies, not Google, or Microsoft, Overall placements are not that much good. Placements should be upgraded.

Placement Experience:

There is very few campus placement that occurs in the college and this is only eligible for interns and that too for non clinical job. Out of 100 only 4-5 students are selected for data entry jobs. They provide students 20-25 thousand per month

Positive: Study standard was good. Staff is helping. Hostel is also good. Various cultural activities are there. No ranging is there. Biometric is taken for attendance. Campus of university has all facility for student. Negative: Patient are less in OPD.

We are very lucky that its a ragging free campus. Seniors are very supporting. They stand for us 24*7 when ever we need help they are just like our parents.

Admission process was via neet mds, cuttoff during my time was around 350 for omfs in Sgt dental college, my score was 410, the process was fine. If you belong to haryana State itself, you'll get preference in the reservation round.
