The course has taught me some life lessons, even in groomings and life standards, the curriculam was about hospitality , how to treat a guests, preparing foods, servicing , beverages, production , housekeeping , ,also they will reach french as 2 nd language ,basic business managment ,accounting ,laws, along with other hotel related subjects

We had intership in the 4th sem , which was a campus interview , I got intership from vasunthara sarovar alleppy ,I have completed 6 month iet there , it was a 5 star deluxe resort, and after the course they promised to sent us to Malaysia , singapore etc , but after lots of struggle with the help of a faculity member mr.kottai raja I got a job as front office assistant in mountain club munnar

I have joined there in 2015, the college was good, all of the staffs were really professionals,staffs were really friendly ,most of they teaching staffs were young ,classrooms were fine , practical areas like kitchen , rooms , the bar (no alcohol) were all good , my favourite teachers were Anish sir and divya mam(she used to call my mom when I m absent in the class to make sure I m home not in college ) , 1 St day of joining I have paid 2500 inr as registration fee. later a caution fee of rupees 2000 they said they will return but they did't, my course was 3 years , so I hv paid around 40000 each sem(6 months) 240000/- inr as tution fee Then we had 3 varient uniforms, Blazzers (1) Formal shirt, trousers ,tie (2 set) Chef kit (1 set) I am not really recalling the exact amounts , but it's approximatly 15 to 20k Then exam fees was also around 4000 inr per sem which is 24000

They used to conduct all the celebration, onam , iftar, Xmas freshers day some other programs ,they have a library and most of the books were course related , other books were less, Class rooms were ok not up to expectation , but practical labs kitchen rooms were good

I hav't applied for any specif college or courses after plus 2, then one of my cousin is working in a hotel , he also completed hotel mgt , diploma ig, may be that inspired me to join , but seriously I realise I shouldn't be here after one year of the course , I was not in a situation to drop out , I have completed my training during the course

Most of the facilities were really nice , each batch had a selected faculity which will change every year ig, the dean has changed two times , my favourite teachers were mr.anish and divya mam ,there were 1 main exams and few internals and 4 practicals each year, the examiners will be from our college only, but they won't consider ,

I was a day holder , and it was a professional college , not big a big campus , just a building and a small compound, I studies in my city only , so I used to go in holidays and hangout with friends who are staying in the hostels , which was good
