Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum and exam structure are absolutely fine. It is relevant as it prepares you for so many things like how to prepare for an exam fast. There are some other activities like presentations and group discussions which will help you in gaining confidence and improving your overall personality.
Placement Experience
The placement is average because it all depends upon you that how strong is your knowledge. If your personality development is good and you have good communication skills then you can easily get a job. I got internships on my own.
College Events
There are a number of events happing in the college like the technical fest in which you have to showcase the projects you have made and next you have is the cultural fest which takes place annually. You can participate in any event of your choice. There are so many fun activities in this.
Fee Structure And Facilities
In the first year, there was a university charge of Rs 40,000 and total fees were Rs 88737 for each year. If you want to avail the transport facility then you will have to pay Rs 26,000 per year. It's not mandatory to take the college bus. You can come on your own.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I did not opt for any scholarship or education loan. I was able to arrange the funds on my own.
Campus Life
Campus life was good as it was full of adventure because it is totally different experience. It's not like school. The number of girls as compared to the number of boys was very less. The labs have AC and are well equipped. Sports activities are also there. You can participate in many other events happening around the college.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, alumni network and students are definitely helpful. You get to learn so much from them as they will tell about your experience.
Admission
First of all, I gave the IPU CET exam. It is a mandatory exam for getting into IPU. After this, every student secured a rank and as per the rank, the students were allowed to register for getting into the college. The whole process consists of 3 rounds. After every round, the seat alloted is upgraded to the higher level college. If you are satisfied with your college then you can freeze the seat and go to the respective college for the admission.
Faculty
The faculty is good. But still, your own efforts will matter the most. because there is no spoon-feeding like school. You will have to learn new things on your own. Teachers can only guide you. You have to approach them for any kind of help. They will easily guide you.
