About Army Institute of Hotel Management

1) I always wanted to work in abroad countries and I was also very average in academics that's why I chose this course. My skill learning was good and I don't like studying theory that'swhy I chose this course 2) The college mostly focuses on practical knowledge of students which is applicable and helpful for real world .. Their is one subject personality development, Mrs Wilma merina d'souza is the teacher of that subject and she's very experienced and she was a motivational speaker she develops the personality of students very smoothly without being strict because her way of communication is very good. 3) the mostly subject teachers have boring teaching is style their are some unnecessary subjects i.e Hindi etc which I think should be replaced with some useful subjects. 4) the exam timings are of 3 hours in both the internal and semester exams but they are not too much lengthy.The semester exams happens till 1 months

The college fees is divided in three parts mess, hostel and tution fees all the library and lab fees are included in tution fees only and college does not provide and reservation benefits to and there is no scholarship for the students

1) The college organizes fests and functions regularly and the college is very secular, it celebrates evey religion's festival equally.fresher's party , Farewell party is also there The fest which happens in college every year are: . Catefete" in August . Winter carnival in December . "Ethnic day'' in September 2) almost every book related to our course and personality development related books are available in the library. 3) Every class contains one smart board 4) Sports is a considerable thing college.In 1st year students have to go to game for maximum 2 hours for their fitness and health . College also conducts Sports day every year..many cash winning quiz , competition, culinary programes happens in this college 5) Many students are doing part time jobs with their college studies without affecting their academics performance.

1) I chose this college, because this college send almost 70-80 percent of students for internship in foreign countries and it's placement is also good as compared to other hotel management colleges . 2) I didn't applied for other other colleges. I have given one NDA attempt but couldn't make it there because my communication skills were not so strong but then I took admission in this college bcoz this college is all about communication skills. The college helps in improving the communication skills of every student. 3) You have to apply from the college website i.e www.aihmctbangalore.com. The eligibilities are: . You have to be 10th and 12th pass-out . Students of every stream can apply for this college. . minimum percentage required - 50 percent in 12th. . If u are an army ward then only u can apply for this college. civilians cannot apply for this college The college posts a ranking list in their website and If your name is in top 90 students then u will be selected for this college

1) The faculty's interaction with students is very good the faculties always make sure that students understands everything . 2) chef Kartik and MRs. Sayantani karar are the faculties I liked the most because their teaching style is very good and unique from other facilities and they are strict and linient at the same time. For me Chef kartik is the best faculty because his teaching style is very good and unique..he always interacts with the students and never scold for invalid reason. He is one of the most experienced faculty member 3)I don't like Chef sriram and Mr Arun sir because of language barrier.. as they are from south india and I'am from North India. 4) In every sem the college conducts 2 exams ,one is internal exams and the other one is Semester exams . The exams are of moderate level. In every semester exams 10-11 students fails to pass the exam.

1) There is 1 gym and 1 cafeteria in the campus. the gym is equipped with very good equipments Library is small but every book is available there in the library. The shops , cafes , restaurants , malls outside closes at 1:00 am midnight . 2) The campus in timings are 7:30 pm and hostel in timings are 9:00 pm. 3) famous hangout places are: . Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru . Shalimar kitchen . Lulu mart 4) The outside locality is very safe because 24/7 police petroling is done by the Karnataka police
