Likes
- One thing you will good teaching staff, the teaching staff (some) knows that they are dealing with, and if you are interested they will provide their complete support .
- sports is one of the major thing in our college every year we students only organise tournament for games like cricket,voleyball,throwball,kabbadi,and some athletics like running, relay running, shortput it goes like a 2 or 3 weeks, .
- our college has strict rule for no ragging , there is no chance you will get rag in our college, even the seniors are friendly with every one.
Dislikes
- some teachers will remember you if dont obey them and wantedly, fails in semister examinations is one of the worst things in our college
- campus and infrastructure is not that good, we dont even have a campus , just a bulding, but now they are constructing the new blocks and library and compound wall, so it can better in 2 or 3 years.
- our college dont have campus placements, rather they are more concentrated on wearing id card all time and doing inshirt which is sad and silly.
Course Curriculum Overview
i would say worst , all the courses which are teached in span of 4 years are all outdated topics, which is no use in our current trends, if you wanna compete we have to learn on our own by some external source.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure in my college is changing over the years, it ranges between 10000 to 12000 yearly, even i have 10000 during my first year and it is fluctuating between 12000, total fee of my 4 years combined is 52000 and some change, this fee is because i am belongs to oc, so no scholarship from government of my state which is andhra pradesh, if you belongs to any scholarship reserved caste, like other than oc any thing, we will get fee reimbursement, which is by the state governement, if thats the case then congratulations, you dot have to pay single rupee to the tution fee, all you want pay is hostel fee, which is around 10000 per year and thats it, but if you dont get any scholarship schemes from governement, then you have to pay tution fee which is around 52000 for total 4 years, and hostel fee which is around 10000 per year, and thats it,this fee is fixed for every branch student and no extra fee labs or anything every thing is covered in those 52000, and if you belongs to any caste other than oc then you dont have to pay a single rupee.
Campus Life
overall experience is not that good, all i can say is we can enjoy the tournaments , and yearly one college fest and one farewell day except that, no additinal events, but reacently they are conducting some tecnical fests i hope that will continue, class rooms are ok, have projectors, and classrooms in one of the block is good and the old bulding classrooms are not that great, and till now the library is not that great, but they are bulding central library, lets hope it will truned out to be great, and we do not have any clubs sadly neither social groups also.
Hostel Facilities
worst hostels as i can say, food quality is bad, and strict rules, in some of the rooms the fans also wont work proerly, but it is very affordable, they will charge around 700 to 1000 per month which is very low, but iits not that great , also if you join some pgs outside its the same case but with more money, so you cannot escape either way.
Admission
the only reason i applied to this college is that it is governement college and on top of that it is university, so i think that the students from university will get more prefperance than other private colleges, and i got 12000 rank in ap eamcet, as i am oc catogery i didnot get colleges like jntu ,as my caste cutoff rank is higher than the rank i got. and the admission process is you have to provide the certicates of eamcet rank, ssc, intermediate and some requires certificates which should be asked by the ccollege management,if you provide them after online councilation then you are good to go.
Faculty
some of the faculty are good and teach well,but some of them do not have any knowledge on subject they just read some ppts,and our hod pradeep sir , and prof.nagaraju are good with students, and solves if students have any issues not only study related but any issues,. For every semister there are 5 subjects and 2 practical labs on averege,difficculty level is moderate i only study one day before and somehow manges to get grade around 8, so its not that difficult to pass the semister examinations and almost all students clear the exams.
Night Life
no gyms and cafeterias ,, yeah the college is not that good, we should enter in hostel before 8 pm and so night life at all to you im sorry, but if rent a room outside rather than hostel then its your wish, but the city is not that good also , .. so its same either way.
