Likes

Education is best here in gujarat and strictness to follow rules made by NMC. Many faculty's name is there in b.d chaurasia book and many reputed books.
College believe in concept building. Every test is well prepared and well checked by faculties.
No ragging exist in campus. Seniors are very supportive.

Course Curriculum Overview

I want to become doctor from childhood that why I choose this stream and this course. In gujarat this college produces best doctors because of their papers and viva. Students from this college secured good rank in pg exams

Internships Opportunities

I really don't about it. Bcz I am first year student so I don't aware about it what the process and what apportunities. So to complete 200 words I am writing this so ignore this page only other reviews are relevant

Fees and Financial Aid

My college annual fees is 25000 and it include all fees. SC,ST category have to pay no fees in college. Many number of scholarships are present for students. MYSY , FFE , YUVA, etc .. In MYSY student should have domecile, 80 percentile and family annual should not more than 6 lakhs.

Campus Life

All type of books and journals are available in college library. 2 projectors are there in each class with A.C and good lights. Many events which are organised by seniors. Yes many student run social groups, clubs etc... are runnied by seniors.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel mess have not tto good food quality that's why we order food from outside. Registration process for hostel is very easy just by going on MSU website. Yes strngaliving providing spaces for students who can afford that.

Hostel Fee: INR 10000 per year

Admission

I choose this college because of this education pattern and students from this college secured good rank in pg exams. Yes during counseling I also applied for other colleges but I don't get that college.

Faculty

Faculties are approchable and helpful. Kintu sir and viren keriya sir best faculty. After every 20 days there is part ending exam and after that 2 PCT is there and prelims in June and university in September.

Night Life

Yes university gym is there with rupees 600 per year. Timing for boys hostel is till 11 pm and timing for girls hostel is till 10 pm. Campus garden is there where all students meet and talks. Area around hostels are safe.

The exams are very difficult there are viva voice and theory exam you have to pass both by 50% otherwise you are fail in the examination most of the students are not passed in the examination it is so difficult

LIFE AT GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE SILVASA .

Nowadays exams dates are getting flexible but mostly they are in march to May month Yes, it's tough enough as it is one of the most valued and tough qualification exams. In college, we get many exams monthly very hard though. But the main exams are 3 exams 2 internal exams one is midterm 2nd is before the final exams on full syllabus like preliums And the 3rd one is the final exam university exam ya all of them are very hard to pass.

Being a Medico at B.J Medical College Ahmedabad

Course Curriculum Overview:

Choosing the medical field was my dream since childhood. This college provides the perfect environment for studies and overall development required for students. Being the highest ranked medical College in Gujarat and constantly bagging a good ranking in all Indian medical College rankings there are no loopholes in the academic part provided by the college. There are well-experienced and passionate professors and the tutor to students ratio is more than sufficient. Since I joined the college there hasn't been a lecture that went vacant. While talking of academic curriculum our college strictly follows the curriculum provided by NMC. The professors are very much qualified in their field having done their post-graduation and higher studies from the b.j Medical College Ahmedabad itself or various top-notch colleges across India. The testing and marking scheme of the exams are competitive with top colleges. The tests are never delayed and the schedule is tightly monitored.

Remarks:

Infrastructure is almost of the modern age. So there is no difficulty in reading as well as residing in the hostels. Library and study rooms are well maintained also departments are well maintained with working labs.

The ups and downs during mbbs

It is a very old and prestigious college in India. To take admission NEET UG is the entrance exam with a rank up to 100 for the general category and 200-300 for OBC. NEET UG is conducted every year in the first week of May with 20 lakh applications, the full mark is 720 and cut off score is around 695 for general which is very tough so it is very challenging to get admission is this college....Read More
