- Overall the environment and vibe of the college was good. There were many events that used to happen almost in every month, there are various social clubs where you can participate to develop yourself. Overall environment is good and supportive
- Sports activities were good enough and there were dedicated grounds for almost each and every sport
- Teachers and batchmates were good and learned a lot from teachers
Dislikes
- Mess food was not good enough it needs improvement
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was relevant with the demands of profession, also we had practical field visits at government school to have first hand experience of being a teacher. But the duration of internship should be extended as only 1 month in 4 years for field experience is less
Fees and Financial Aid
I paid 30 thousand fees for a year ( not for semester) and fees is increasing every year. Yes there was scholarship scheme and it varied as per the category. Also around 80k scholarship was given for students of North east region. Caution fee - 5000 which will be returned after completion of course. There was no seperate lab fee as such
Campus Life
Events happens almost every month. There are various cultural fests, dj nights, cultural activities going on plus their is annual exam event, freshers party, convocation, alumni meet everything is there to complete your co curricular needs. Good sports facilities are being provided by university with good quality of teachers and trainers and also infrastructure of sports facility is top notch
Admission
I chose this college because it was giving me integrated degree at very affordable price. Also this university holds a reputation and being a part of such reputed university enhancers your personality and you can learn very new things and have new experiences related to life
Faculty
Faculty and student relationship is good, they acted more as mentor rather than strict teachers. The supported each and every initiative of student. Since it was yearly exam so main exam used to happen at year end and there were 2 mid term exams. Exam were moderate and one can easily clear the exam also gradation method was not so strict one can easily fetch marks. No one failed as such in my classroom
Night Life
College is situated out of town so there is not much to do around the university campus only resorts are there nearby and going there on regular basis is not economical for students. But ya university conducts dj nights every quarter and has gym access, 2 -3 cafes are being operated in university campus and there are no strict rules in oncampus movement for hostelier
