Course Curriculum Overview
Biotechnology is a part of life science by which you can do so many things with it but you need some basic courses and they will provide you and teach you how to put it into real life, curriculum is good and will provide you theortically and practically.
Placement Experience
From semester 5 starting, campus will give you training for campus placements. Students after completing placement training are eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited and offered jobs such as TCS, Accenture, so on.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college especially biotechnology department has a team of seasoned professors who are experts in their field. The teachers are dedicated to providing personalized attention and guidance to students. They are friendly in some kinda ways and also strict at times. The college campus has a distinctive, old world charm. The library of the college has many books for lending and referring
Campus Life
Sangamam (similar to yearly culturals), sports day, and so on are typically held. So many journals and books are available even books for competitive exams are available and are easy to access. College departments will provide various national and international conferences and intercollegiate meet.
Admission
I chose this college because of its higher ranking and located in somewhat central area so transportation will be available frequently. The asthetic view of theppakulam from college made me to pick thiagarajar college and it's surrounded with temples from both sides. Admission process is simple and neat
Faculty
Faculty to student reason: there is enough faculty for addressing your concerns. The relationship between faculty and students are quite friendly. They will encourage you give advice relevant to your field. I don't wanna share any faculty name here. Exam system: IAT 1 AND 2, and ENDING OF SEMESTER EXAM will be there for each semester and marking system of pretty good.
Night Life
College was facilitated with Canteen with snacks and breakfast or lunch will be available in affordable price. And it's was also surrounded by restaurants. Campus timing: morning session- 8:15 am to 1:30 pm. Afternoon session- 2 pm to 6:45 pm. Campus was surrounded by 2 temples from both sides. There will be stores opposite to the campus at night with affordable price range.
