MACET REVIEW

The carriculam has add on courses and internships that are compulsory for getting the degree . I personally think that it helps a lot for improving practical knowledge rather than theoretical.I think that the valuation procedure needs a new makeover .Over all the exams are somewhat easy but the valuation is not that strict

I'm a management student and I pay 90,000 as tuition fees and hostel fees together. Other than that around 2000 is the exam fees ,1500 lab fees ,5000 for festivals and different packages varying from 2500 to 5000 for add on course

There is an onam celebration in September, college day on may ,cristhmas program in December and freshers party whenever they decide .They have any kind of seminar,paper presentation, career guidance atleast thrice a week .There is a central library that has a collection of books from literature to academics based,the librarian is friendly too.There is an anual sports meet and also inter college matches which we actively participate

Hostel is affordable,Rooms are neet with 3 inmates per room bathrooms are also nice.Food here is questionable but its not nasty the Tamil students enjoy it but students from other states will not like it.The hostel fees is 5000 per month

I applied in other colleges in an entirely different degree that is food science . My parents didn't preferred me getting that degree ofcourse I got the admission but then I got called from MACET because I filled a form online ,they said I will get scholarship (I didn't get it)and may get placements from the college itself and there is a number of experienced facilities

There are adequate number of facilities ,each faculty is assigned to a group of 15- 20 students to give them extra support. I had a favorite teacher Alice maam .she is great in teaching and also encouraging.There was a teacher Sreeja maam I dont like her because she seems quite un approachable .There is two internal exams and one University exam I didn't face much difficulty so far and its not that easy

The locality is safe but the hostel permits outings only up to 6pm so there is no night life and stuff.Also there is nothing much to explore since its a rural area ,only a minimart is available nearby
