Hostel providing only girls. College have widely campus with buety and nature lovely. College situated in rural area with good natural condition. College are under mg university. College have accredited with NAAC.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum is suitable for student learning and very matching to our subject renewable energy management. Exam is semester wise. Total six semester. Each semester duration is 6 month. 7 subject in semester

Yes, college provide internship and on job training. In second semester our curriculum is provide a 1 month hand on training to all course. The b.voc students are under well placement in national level companies. Not only b.voc students are also participated in tourisom and journalism conference also.

College Events

Arts day college day skill fest sports day world energy conservation day. The renewable energy students are celebrated holy, kerala fest onam celebration, christmas celebration day and union day under the departmaent.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee are only 20,000 in each semester. Admission fee is only 5000. The fee are feasible for normal students. Some community are under fee consideration through scholarship and e grantz programme. The fee are low compared to other colleges.

National service scheme and national cadet corps are working in college. The science club and bhoomisthrasena club are live in college. Solar pv lab , solar thermal lab with wind energy lab also available in college. A well air conditioned computer lab are also available.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel is provide only to girls. Boys are living in private hostel near to college. The college and hostel are provided drinking water and canteen food. Cafteria are working in all block in the college.

Alumni/Alumna

We are the first batch in our college , we have not seniors. But other course like bsc, b.com, ba have alumni and more time seniors. They have alumni group. The college have alumni association and committee.

Faculty

Faculty are very helpfull to us. Faculty are good characteristics and well communicated to student. Not only well behaviour to students and parents. All faculty are good educational qualified. Our director is our head.

The main aspect that peak my interest towards this course was it's 60 to 40 percent carriculam were 60% theory and 40% theory and also we only need 14 marks for passing out of 40. The exam are conducted at the end of semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum had so many unnecessary subjects that had no connection with our courses like psychology, zoology etc. They could have avoided that. Jewellery Designing students also had to study advanced minerology . Which in my opinion was a bit unnecessary. Apart from that i learnt to improve my drawing and rendering skills. Learnt about new types and also the history of jewellery Designing. Tools and Machinery used.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In this course we can study about different types of gemstones and their treatments. They provide Industrial Visit for each semester. In industrial visit they take us into mining quary and International jwellery exhibition.They provide lab visits and lap practical class with new modern equipments. They conduct practical exams in each semester.The exam is medium difficulty.

There are many positive thing in our college like our well know cricket ground fitness center volleyball court basket ball court and labs etc our college has an acoustic theater and more than that our campus is the greenest campus in Kochi.

Remarks:

If you are getting some good NIT and IIT then definitely CUSAT will not be in your list but If you are getting some private colleges or some state level colleges then CUSAT may be one of the option for which you can go. Academically CUSAT is good and it has 2 campuses main campus and CUCEK.

It's a well known educational instituition

Remarks:

Sree Sankara College is overall very good. Tge campus is refreshing and very eco friendly, the campus has a constant shadow everywhere because of the vegetation and the trees. But the college is very far away from the main highway.

A Great College

I also applied to Union Chistian College Aluva, but was not accepted during the centralized allotment process. I was instead directed to Sree Sankara College, Kalady. I think it's great that this happened since Sree Sankara College is closer to my home and I don't need to go through the tedious task of travelling long hours.
