Course Curriculum Overview

4

Considering a diploma student will pursue engineering after this course the diploma curriculum is very well designed for students to stay a step ahead as they will be allocated to direct second year of their engineering henceforth having the experience that a first year engineering student has .

Internships Opportunities

3

As of internship opportunities i believe the college lacks behind as the internship provided are not relevant to the department many of times the work allocated is not suitable for a diploma bearer dtudent

Placement Experience

4

Placements after completion of diploma is provided awgere a student form electronics and telecommunication department can expect a average salary of rs 200000 pa this is very much useful considering economically weaker students are provided guidance and assistance the most

Fees and Financial Aid

As a student form open category I pay around 12000 a year along with examination fees that rs 800 yearly. As I got admitted in the spot round I do not have access to any scholarship but a open student can apply for tfws where tution fees gets waived. Regardless of the category everyone has to pay the examination fee other than that for categories like sc/st the fees is around 3/4k a year plus scholarship For obc category a student pays around 6k a year also the scholarship is provided of 8-10k rupees yearly. Students coming from outer states ar cities and provide proof of such are provided a yearly scholarship of 20k rs

Campus Life

4

This college provide an overall experience a student expects in his her clg life with a very big infrastructure and a cricket ground followd by commitirs and clubs that regularly hosts various event's that are funded by department and clg other than departmental various clubs like iete ,iste are also involved

Admission

Considering this a government college the campus and the placement are better in every aspect than a private colleges . The admission process of thiss college is very much similar to any engineering clg there are 3 caps and a spot round round where on merit basis department are allocated

Faculty

3

The faculty to student ratio is well maintained with a sufficient teachers available for every subject avoiding compromising in any scenario Faculties like Dr dn bhange , Dr NV Chide are very dedicated towards field and understanding in students behaviour and nature Some of the femal faculties show very less interests in teaching focusing on other nonsense usual. There are total 2 unit and one final sem exam every semester.

Placement Experience:

Placement strategies is different for every department. Like most computer engineering students wants higher education. Mechanical, civil and automobile students not that much interested in higher education. Teachers of placement department are very active in there work they gave us more information and counseling like who have to get higher education and who gave to be placed. Students fills a google form which os about students placements, according to that they know how many students are interested in placement and higher education. Companies like TATA, VPRO and other are came for campus in our college various tests and interviews are taken then salary and other things are discussed. Many students get pass in interview. The ratio is about to 30% students get placed every years from campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was very curious to know about machine how it works and how they are made by a factory which is why I have chosen Mechanical engineering field. if it is about faculty ratio there was 1 teacher on 50 students including DIPLOMA, BE, MBA and ME. All the faculties were highly qualified all had master's degrees in their hand but there was a lack of teaching skills some faculties have knowledge but they do not know how to transfer knowledge in a simple way to students. in my opinion many there was a semester exam every six months and they used to be very strict with students at the time of the exam they did not give any freedom to students in the examination hall. about passing percentage, only 60% of students passed with all clear without any backlog.
