Review of SCOE pune

About the positive remarks, Our college campus is really very good. It will give you lots of memories. Extra curricular activities are really good you will definately enjoy your college days. Teaching facilities are also supporting. But problem is placements. Our college, specially our Department does have good placement which is now need of every student.

I am doing Mechanical Engineering, it is totally manufacturing based course. If you are ready for hard work and to actually work on field then this is good option. There 30 70 pattern in our college where 30 marks internal exam is taken and 70 marks final exam is there in may. According to this we get our marks in grade system out of 10

Placement for IT and Computer is good. But for Mechanical there is very less job opportunities available in industries itself. So very low placement for Mechanical. Some internship opportunities are given by college but that was not so good.

Our college is known for its fest itself. Sinhgad karandak which is biggest technical festival in pune. And different events get organise in college. I will really suggest my college for those who also want to do some extra curricular.

Fee is Rs 1,01,068 for Open student. Rs 10000 for NT candidates and around Rs 2000 for SC candidates. So it is avarage if compare with different colleges in pune. For first time Rs 10000 is taken as a Development fee. Then there no other extra fees are taken.

College does not provide any scholarship. But they give us information if any private company has any scholarship opportunity. Like Cummins company provides scholarship specially for girls. So they gave us notification to apply there.

Our college is well know for its extracurricular activities. Various opportunities are there for students who are kinely intrested in extra curriculars. We have big fest like Sinhgad Karandak and it really give us world class experience. Which also contain sports karandak which is also good.

I have opted for hostel and facilities in hostels are really good. Rooms are specious with proper lighting. 24 hr of water supply. But the problem is hostel food. It is not upto the mark. This is the reason most of students dont live in college hostel after 1st or 2nd year.

Alumni Network of college is not that good. But we have have social Committees in college like NSS and Prayas who has very nice alumni network. They really help us in different aspect and also provides us opportunities if there are any.

Faculty of our college is mostly from IITs and NITs they are good at there place. Always ready to help. Some facilities are not that good in terms of English proficiency. But the y are good Enough to understand.
