Environment over here is good, the nearby locations are good to explore if someone is from other state
Seniors and Professors over here are too suportive
The college is affiliated to the gov University VMSBUTU which is a plus point

Dislikes

Management of the college is not that good
Have to pay full semester fees otherwise they will not allow you to sit in university exam

Course Curriculum Overview

Taking about the course curriculum so it is decided by the University not college. The curriculum which we follow is good enough. As to see real time work experience we go to industrial visit and yes it is mentioned and is a part of our curriculum. The difficulty level is quite moderate as they want us to do best out of all.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Placement Experience

From 6th semester our college allows students to sit in campus placement derive. 9-10 companies usually visit our campus and the minimum package which they offer is 5lpa. As per now minimum 65% students from a batch gets placed other students they go for off campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise fees I pay is 90,000. Based on our 12th result we get scholarship like if score is >=90% we get 30% scholarship,if it is 80=<90% we get 20% off, if it is 70=<80% it is 10% something like this. For the one who are from uttrakhand and have domicile 10% is offline for them too. For girl child 10% is again off.

Campus Life

The campus life over here is good. We go for educational visit, industrial visit. We have different clubs for different things every month there is some function or sports so that we can enjoy. The classroom's over here are average not that good we can expect. I can say labs over here are good and the technology which is used is latest.

Admission

So I choose this college because the fees structure over here is low and affordable as compare to other colleges. The second reason behind this is that we will be getting Gov. Degree from VMSBUTU commonly known as UTU. The third reason is the locality, the environment and the support of faculty towards students

Faculty

Faculty over here are too suportive (taking about b-tec cse faculty). They are ready to help students at everypoint, even they support us in every situation. They make sure each and every thing is crystal clear to us or not,even they teach us same thing 3-4 times if we ask them to.

Placement Experience:

Stuiarw eligible for placement from 6th semester . There are so many companies visited such as wipro, Deloitte, hcl, tech Mahindra, TCS, and many more. Highest package of BTech is 1.24 cr and average package is 40000. Percentage of students get placed is 60%. My plan after degree is to get an good it job.

GEU is an adventure!

Placement Experience:

Room for placements can't be better than GEU. As our department which isn't much in demand and still over 80% of placements rate itself is a story worth telling. I am so glad that it is happening and this is the reason I feel so good studying here as I can't do more as placements care are taken by the university very well.

GEU is super amazing!

Placement Experience:

It's in the final year as once the final year begins, students are asked to pull their socks up and go limitless as nearly 100 or rather much more are there at the campus and interest in CSE students is the highest. Also, there's a large section of IT students who are placed from GEU every year and that too without much of an effort.

Versatile college with good RoI

Placement Experience:

One of the best thing I saw here is placement. If a student is willing to do job then this college is appropriate place from him or her.. Students are placed in IT , SALES , FINANCE, EDTECH , TRANSPORT, DRUGS , etc Students are eligible for jobs and placed from the beginning of pre final semester and can apply in each and every company as per required skills. Not big tech Faang companies visit the campus but a decent level IT companies and limited visit the campus. And conduct their interviews and exams process. Although interview rounds are tough and offcourse nail biting competition among the students. The highest package this year till now 34 LPA by an American MNC . Average package is 550000. Approximately 90 percent students got placed in different domains and fields. My plans are so clear. I will take the job first in IT companies and get some experience on ground level and will grow further.

GEU is a world class place to study!

Placement Experience:

Pringle, The Sleep Co, Lenskart, Luscious, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Google, Facebook and every tech company which potentially can come have come to our college for placements. On and average placements worth 6-40 LPA are common. Since some students miss out so on a whole the placements average stands a little below 10 LPA.

All about grd imt dehradun
