- Well approach to laboratory practicals. Like attendance is mandatory.
- All laboratory equipments, chemicals, stains are there available, and good conditions of microacope for students
- The teacher's are too co operative and well educated some of them are even done their doctorate as well with 10+ years of teaching experience and Various type of activities and events are taken in department
Dislikes
- According to me, infrastructure is not yet well developed as students faced some lectures issue, timing issue.
- The intake of students should be increase as it is the most interesting and learning subject that everyone should know out it
- College should take some visit to a specific place so that the student should gain more knowledge
Course Curriculum Overview
A good microbiology curriculum should incorporate the latest developments in fields like genomics, immunology, biotechnology, and clinical microbiology. This ensures students are familiar with cutting-edge techniques and findings.The curriculum should thoroughly cover key areas, including microbial physiology, genetics, virology, mycology, parasitology, and immunology. It should include both theoretical knowledge and practical laboratory skills.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees I'm paying for microbiology course is 2700?with other 3 subject's in it. The fees of specific course is increased by the year like for undergraduate it is less that post graduate , for PG it's all about 47,000? . Tuition fees, admission fees, lab fees and all other are added into it only. This fees structure vary from candidate to candidates according to their caste and category they have. Some of my Batachmate paid 6000? and more amount for same course . Not every student gets the scholarship but some of them get it also vary from student to student.
Campus Life
Every department conduct their own visits, events, activities and project based work. In the month of September only department had conducted the World micro- organisms day. In which they have numbers of various event like agar art, drama, reel / short video, rangoli, model, posters, which have given a specific topic related to the subject only Department have their own library which has lot many books, which are easily available for us and if not then the head of department make sure to get it in the library.
Admission
I haven't applied for any other college. I wants to complete my bachelor from pune university College and in government only. In first merit list i have opted for the same college. Here the admission process is not so hectic as their is online payment system. The eligibility for bachelor is higher secondary completed with atleast of 50% in it. The cutoff varies year to year.
Faculty
All the faculties are too good no issue about the department,all teacher's and sir's are co operative always ready to help. Always kept on trying to let us know practically rather than going directly to the theoretical. The ratio of girls are more here than the boys it's like 95:5 . The examination are conducted in well mannered and in disciplined conditions, as no copies are allowed and if some candidate may do this then strict action has taken about those one.
