Things to know about JG UNIVERSITY (IMSCIT animation and vfx)

The reason i took course is i was way too intrested in this field as i love to draw and watch animated flims and learn how to do vfx it excites soo much and the course which has been planned in jg University is upto the industry standards and you'll not feel that you didn't learned from the course you'll be able to survive easily and make a pretty good earnings. Lectures starts from 12.30pm to 4.45pm there are 3 lectures and each lectures are of 75minutes and there's a lunch break from 3:00pm-3:30 pm and they allow us to go outside and have lunch it's just we have to be on time for the last lecture

There are alot of in masters and in internship you can get minimum of 15k per month and as of the project you'll be doing the whole movie and presenting it as a last project of your course. It includes pre production , production and post production

When you are doing masters in jg University there's internship for last 6 months with which You get to experience all the ground reality of animation and vfx industry, after that there are on campus placements and if you don't fit in any of the placements your skills are soo high that you could get off campus placements from the start and the average package in my course is 350000 and there are many higher packages too and the top company i remember is TCS they were on campus last yr for recruitment.

Ok soo, there's a 10000 rupees security depositwhen you take admission in this university and which we have to keep it with them and we get that 10000 back once we have completed out course. Fees is paid in semister basis for the bachelors it is 50000rs per sem and one time 150rs id card they take exam fees with is around 1500rs or 2000rs and you have to give exam fees every semester. The only scholarship they provide is sc/st catagory it could be around 20% off something.

There are alot of things to do in jg University there are clubs for music,games,media and alot. The major event of the jg University is YFC(youth connect fest) which literally like a concert and which had good management singer was girish chawala and to open the stage there was. RJ KUNAL at last there was a dj rave party and it was organised in a big party plot. The infrastructure is definitely great and you'll not feel like you are sitting in a old building they rebuild the whole building and it has all the things you want in a college

I applied in gujarat university but i was not selected in the merit list and during all that period tere were alot of bad news of my course faculties and one day i visited jg University and they were showcasing all the course at one place and at that time they said if you want admission just fill the online form and offline form and pay 5550 to confirm your seat for that perticular course and for my course there's no requirement of any exams they just see your percentage in 12th and 10th that's all and you can take admission in jg University

I am doing animation and vfx there are 3 faculties for the 1st yr and they are viral sir who teaches visual design and history of animation and vfx,honey maam who teaches material animation and lastly there's dhaval sir who teaches basic drawing and office automation and my most favourite is viral sir because his words and way of teaching is soo fluent and good it's impossible that you'll not understand. There are total 4 exams in whole semester which are mid term 1 for 20marks(easiest), mid term 2 for 20 marks ( easy), internal for 80 marks(moderate) and last is external for 80 marks (moderate).
