- Best teacher they are very friendly and knowledgeable
- Students here also very friendly, polite and humble. I made lot of friends here
- The infrastructure is very impressive. Labs are also open everytime if you need to practice. No one will ask you anything
Dislikes
- The poor classes. They took very less classes only four periods in a day
- I don't know this good or bad but they give too much holidays
- Parking is not very big and the canteen, I never seen our canteen even open once
Course Curriculum Overview
There is important aspect as why I choose this course as most of the time company ask you that do you have computer knowledge or not and ultimately in future IT field will dominate and I like this ,thus I choose this course About exam - exams are not very hard as much as you learn In every 6th or 7th month exams conducted in our college
Internships Opportunities
There are local companies were students generally do their internship for minimum duration like one month but the only cache is that there is no stipend they give. It's the very bad think I discover in our college Most project are based on AI ML,web development, Android development and solutions of real world problems
Placement Experience
As per my records from 5sem student can apply for jobs and many companies vists our campus regularly for recruitment most common companies are like TCS ,Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, l&t, concentric, tech Mahindra and also other local companies. Highest package of last year was like 8lpa And average was 3.4 lpa 60 to 70 percent student got placement but tech companies generally prefercs,IT,BCA,mca, bba, and mba students I am also thinking of getting on campus placement
Fees and Financial Aid
Hi, this side alok. I'm pursuing my BCA(bachelor of science in Computer application) 23-27 session in Dr. Shayama Prasad Mukherjee University (Dspmu) ranchi also known as ranchi college. It's is a great college in terms of quality of education, infra, teachers and staff(compared to other govt college). It's also very affordable for middle class students as my one year tution fees is only 24000 + 3750 other charges (lab, maintenance, student fund, and all other changes) and reserved category also get State scholarship (ekalyan scholarship) it's not merit base everyone gets scholarship
Campus Life
There are regular inter-level hackathon are conducted by faculty or by students union where any one can participate even if he/she is in first year or last year Only matters is their skill Our university also has a huge library offering very wide range of books to enhance one knowledge and students also take them with library cards Every week there new programs and activities conducted no one will feel bored in our college
Admission
I didn't applied for much college except one (marwari college ranchi) that college was also very good especially their placement cell record in ranchi but I choose this college because I feel safe here as here no ragging and other things
Faculty
There faculty to student ratio are also not very good as one have to take class withore than 80 to 100 Students. I personally like Sweta ma'am as she guide us how should we achieve our goals, approach company, what should we learn to become self independent There are four exams on one year (2mid sem , 2 end sem) very less students failed in last exams
