Likes
- Faculty is highly educated and experienced. Depth of the subject is provided by them at all available times. Each department has atleast 2 or more teachers each covering different part of the subject
- Apart from academics there is a lot of focus on sports, cultural activities and extra curriculum
- Classrooms are big enough accommodating atleast 100 students. Girls to boys ratio is 4:1
Dislikes
- There are no Air conditioners in the classroom
- Canteen is very small and congested. Food options are very limited
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum is fairly vast. All the subjects have to be studied thoroughly and in depth. Practical work is all included which is equally important for treating patients in real world. Each exam is carried in a span of 2 months
Internships Opportunities
Internship is after 4 years of bds It is within the college hospital of bharati vidyapeeth. With a min. Stipend of 5000rs. Patient flow is not much making that a drawback apart from that you can practice.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fees is 5 lakh rupees with 10% increment every year. Fees is 10 lakh rupees for students who do not qualify neet ug Dental kit is 6500rs for first year It increases every year as instruments and subjects increase
Campus Life
Matrix is our cultural fest and incisora is our annual sports fest. There is a dance club as well and scifi club for the ones intrested in science and research. Rotract club is one important part of pur college providing immense exposure
Admission
This college was the nearest to my place. It has a bery known and popular university with campuses and colleges around India. This college accepts students who qualify neet ug which has to be appeared after 10+2
Faculty
Faculty to student relationship is fairly good. They are highly approachable except for a few. Some of the best teachers are sandhya maam from physio department, padma maam and harita maam from anatomy department. There are in total 5 exams 2 sessional exams 1 terminal exam and preliminary exams and final university exams
