The admission process consisted of Xavier's entrance test (XET) followed by PI round. The eligibility of the course is that student should be from science or commerce background. The application form can be availed from the official site of St. Xaviers College of Management and Technology Patna or one can go to the college itself and apply for it. It will be followed by Xaviers entrance test (XET) and then personal interview round. There is no such reservation benefits except one relaxation given in the registration fee for semester exams conducted by the University. The exam is conducted in semesters for all the three years. There are two semester in each year. Exams are conducted after every 6 months and the difficulty level is quite moderate to difficult. This is one of the good colleges in Bihar. It has a huge infrastructure on 26 acres of land. It has its own building. The college has different types of halls where every type of program is held. Kalam hall which is named after APJ Abdul Kalam has the capacity of 1000 students to sit at once. The college has 3 computer labs with 60 computers each. The college has library facilities which provide 3 different books at a time for 14 days. The college does not allow mobile phones inside the classroom. Attendance is strictly followed. There is an admission entrance exam which is taken by the college in the month of May every year. The students who pass the entrance exam are allowed to take admission in college.
