- University lacks in infrastructure as there are some facilities which required by students but can't be provided by the University.
- University lacks in sports and cultural activities as there is less focus on these events.
- Classroom and Canteen facility is not good for some departments of the university.
Course Curriculum Overview
• I have choose Masters of Business Administration so that it help me to gain deeper understanding of business practices and to develop a range of skills like communication, strategic thinking etc. • This course can be improved by providing more practical activities so that students response and communication can be enhanced. • Mid terms of 30 marks and final semester of exam of 60 marks are being conducted every 6th month.
Internships Opportunities
Right now i have not the information about the internship as i have not interned yet. Internship and Report making is essential for this programme as after 3rd semester students have to do internship and have to submit a report to there Teacher.
Fees and Financial Aid
• I am pursuing MBA from there and University have 60 seats for MBA (30 subsidized and 30 non-subsidized) • Subsidized seats are divided into the following categories: 1. Unreserved (UR) 2. Scheduled Caste (SC) 3. Scheduled Tribe (ST) 4. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) 5. Sports Person (SP) 6. Cultural Person (CP) 7. Person with Disability (PWD) • There are 2 supernumerary seats in the department : 1. Defence Personnel 2. Single Girl Child Fees for Subsidized seats :- 1. 10100 (yearly) 2. Girls (yearly) • Non-Subsidized students have to pay rs 70000 (yearly) • I have paid rs 10100 as i have got a subsidized seat. • Students having Non-subsidized had to pay a fee every semester, i.e rs 35000 before each semester.
Campus Life
• Events are being held at University occasionally. • Many books are available at Library. • University lacks in technological aspects as every classroom doesn't have proper technical equipments. • University also lacks in Sports and cultural events. • Social groups worked properly in University, helps students and environment.
Admission
• Graduation is required for the course. • Every admission details can be found at official university website • Two types of Seats are the Subsidized and Non Subsidized. • You have to clear SPUCET (Sardar Patel University Common Entrance Test). • After that PI/GD is done for further Selection. • Level of entrance test is Average.
Faculty
University had qualified teachers that provides best information to the students. Teachers are well experienced. Interaction with teachers are good. We can interact with teachers any time as they are very helpful and approachable.
Interview Experience
I have faced Personal Interview and Group Discussion to get selected in MBA program of the University. My topic for the GD is AI (Artificial Intelligence). For selection the overall marks from (Entrance test + 10th marks + 12th + Graduation + PI + GD) is taken and Students having maximum marks are being selected.
